Good video. I have almost the exact same setup. Salem 273qbxl with 4 sets of strongarms. They help a lot. Still a little jiggly though. I understand will never be like a house lol. Do you think I would notice a difference vs factory ones and is it worth it to upgrade to those ones you have?
Just got mine in the mail. They seem very sturdy, but they are so heavy that they sag a bit in the closed position while holding them (I haven't installed them yet). Do yours do that too?
Yes they sag a little when fully retracted. Once fully retracted they don't sag any further or creep during transport. I have used them on several camping trips and they are great.

I feel it is more stable but not by much. If yours are working fine I would not upgrade. I had a broken one and upgraded out of necessity.

I've always used an 18v impact drill on stock scissor lifts. Going slow and easy and I've never had problems.
I thought going slow would have worked as well, but my 18V dewalt destroyed the old ones.
