A Project template is at work and I promise to publish it as soon as it's finalized. As a rule of thumb, We run the MVP workshop as a 3 week project:
First Week - Preparing the board and onboarding people on the ideation
Second Week - Workshopping (4X3hrs workshops)
Third week - Visualising and communicating plans

Very good video. However, it seems you are talking about the MMF/MMP Minimal Marketable Feature or Product. My understanding is that MVP is a concept to test and decide to move forward with an idea rather than an evolving product.
Nevertheless, it is very structured and informative.
What is MVO and MVP and in MVP is quality compromised for meeting customer delivery
