Auto Sanitizer Dispenser and Tap Water Control

A very simple , effective cheap cost circuit is here for automatic Sanitizer dispenser or for auto tap water control.Circuit is built on opto coupler PC817 and NPN transistor BD139.
No Microcontroller used.

Dc submersible pump is getting melted if we dip inside And use it for few days. All plastics have melted. Any experience? All these big and small pumps are tested and usable only fir water medium. Could u pl through some light on this?

I had made a automatic sanitizer dispenser but there is a problem when ever the sanitizer gets finished in tank air bubble gets in motor and will not dispense till the air is removed. What needs to be done to avoid this problem.

Your failure to work any circuit doesn't prove the circuit wrong. It is simply the other way around. It is just a simple and straight forward circuit.

Why we need to use opto coupler to trigger the output. Instead can I use 5v coil relay connected to IR object detector output. So I may able to control ON/OFF solenoid or water pump?

Upto 20 cms.you can buy original sensor at dfrobot upto 80 cms .but to make sanitizer dispenser 20 cms is more than enough.

But I have very big doubt that these Automatic Hand Sanitizing Dispenser are not durable in long run.🤔🤔🤔🤔.
In a split of second, this mechanism should be on & off for hundreds & thousand times(may be) based on the floating.
In a split of second this entire minute circuit gets on & off for no.of exposures we all make to sensor..
In such case, this tiny minute mechanism, will it survive in it's long run..

There is no need or purpose for the opto-coupler. Both sides are supplied by same power supply, there is nothing to isolate.

Opto is used here as Coupler and no need of isolator.Common GND circuit in coupling mode, to switch between 2 voltage.

Sir,why you wrapped insulation tape on sensor module.just take out that . it will absorb IR RAYS from sunlight and the whole project gets wasted😄😄😄😄.please viewers don't try to make this project under sunlight it's only for indoor use .even sun light from window also make your project flop.you will lose sanitizer unnecessarily.use ultrasonic sensor with pic10f200 microcontroller.

IR used as object detector and in Sun light or even daylight , without sleeve this will not work.

@@rajkumarsr4267 For commercial product , IR Proximity is best as it has modulation/demodulation circuit.As this sensor is in demand I'm developing a modulated IR module with PLL circuit.Will post the video soon.
