Thanks for Building with us!!!
thank you your welcome 👷😁
I remember when the Perkins crew first built this house, watching each episode that was filmed with eager anticipation of the next one. As I watch this time-lapse video, it brings back fond memories of a professional job completed by an endearing workforce. Excellent job guys! 👍
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Bryson City at the Plott House in late April. First class.
It really was. Satisfying. I hope The Vacation rental is bringing in lots of $$$$$.
This is a good format, a mix between time-lapse and moments of silliness lol. Good job guys 👍🏼😈👍🏼
You guys make it look easy. LOVED the way that house turned out and learned from you along the way!
Thanks so much!
It will be a cute little vaca spot. Be kind to each other. Stay safe. Love to all
Perfect!
Chill vibes while watching the boys do their thing!
Doing it in high speed's pretty cool to see
Jaime and Jaime Perkins? Love your videos, keep thinking one day I'll make the 2 hour drive to come see you.
I bet family picnics are fun at Jaime's house. Sure, they know who's calling who when it's just them, but when someone else is calling their name? Chaos. There must be nicknames.
Wonder if they’ve fixed that. Don’t recall seeing it in the original series
@@Genetikx nothing to fix. It's Jaime and his wife Jaime listed like the other couple that owns it.
I just loved this…I have already watched every episodes of this particular project during my lunch breaks at the office and this one is great as well and those killer soundtrack…Kudos!!!
I wish they would have highlighted the building of the retaining wall. It is so beautiful. I think the operator did the work with his son without filming it.
I would've watched that
All Day Loooong!
I just love rocks & boulders.
The only thing better than looking at rocks is BUILDING with rocks!
It’s true 👍

The general population has no clue the level difficulty involved in the Construction World! Great video 👍🏾👍🏾 #construction
These time-lapse videos we're relaxing enough for me to go without having anything to drink tonight! Imagine what it could do for recovering alcoholics!
Love all the attention to detail, your group has mastered the art of building great homes, I can see the love you put in your work. When you use tool men used when there was no power tool, like the chisel and the planer, it reminds me of my father 😢, he did a lot of what you guys do in your videos, anyways, keep doing what you do and you’ll never be bored. ❤God bless.
Some pretty cool building
boys everyone !!
The title suits well with the video "Satisfying Construction Timelapse". Nice-good result and well done house construction.
Absolutely PERFECT HOME.
Woohoo! Can’t get enough of the Perkins crew👍
True professionals high class work gentleman.
I drove by this house a couple months ago. Such a beautiful home!
Bc v egyfu
Beautifully done, like everything you make together, greeting from Holland (the Netherlands)👍👏👋👋
I wish we had professionals like this in South africa who take their projects serious .
Wow, you guys are fast workers! It would take me all day to build a house like that, and you got it done in 17 minutes! No wonder I could hardly see you move.
I remember waiting week to week for the series and it still screams JAMIE NEEDS A SLIP ROLL!!
I have an unbelievable amount of respect for guy’s & Gals of home building. 📐🪚🔨
I enjoyed this build very much! Best regardos from Germaniño!
The house is very well designed and built. May the house have many visitors and be successful in many ways.
Beautiful house
Das ist Fantastisch 👍👍👍
Always impressed with the integrity of your workmanship! Keep up the good work.
WHY?...did i just watch a fast paced/edited video....of a series i ALREADY watched?? Cause is that good. Congrats again from Chapel tHrill.
Coming this winter!
Just WOW amazing work
This, like all your videos, was excellent. I'm always excited to see your videos. Haven't missed any.
Hey Jamie, You use a drafting table, tools, AND a drafting machine. I learned this way, 50 years back. I am so impressed.
love you guys ! :) im renovating a small condo home and boy oh boy is that hard work! i have even more appreciation for your handywork now. it looks soo easy when skilled people do their thing.
Oh and Jaime is really good at moon walking on the wall!!!
Great video, I watched a lot of this ad it was posted but really nice to see it again in rapid fire succession!
PS
Love West&Zander
Love seeing the full build time lapse after the project is finished. You guys do an awesome job, from digging, to hanging the doorknob on your way out.
Thanks 👍
Nice project and nice work as well.
Fantastic job guys. I'm glad that I watched the individual videos of the build though as you get to see all the fun that you had on this project. Looking forward to the next big job.

Damn, looks so smooth and easy :))
A very good this House Building in a speed Version to bring. We have the better Survey over the great work.
Thanks for the start to finish video Erik. The whole series was a hoot to watch and this timelapse finale is such a cool way to wrap it up. Thanks for the entertainment and sharing of tips/tricks during construction.
Hardwork, Beautiful/Good results. 👏👏👏
I actually remember so many from this house build timelapse, seem like I've watched quite a lot of the series back when you guys built it ^^ what a lovely journey this was, I like you guys building unique homes. Thanks for sharing with us!

Very cool ! Watched it the slow way too back when and enjoyed it to!
Cool, thanks
This was a super cool video!
i love to watch your videos its so satisfying and chill. Greetings from germany from a big fan
Facia to soffit should be a dado fit into facia. eliminating sag and to many nails. The roofs have a different pitch making one taller than the other. Always set the ridge poles first
NICE HOUSE!!!! Loved the decor.
Thank you!! 😊
Mega Work 💪😎👍
"AIRBNB built in 17 minutes" would be an awesome clicky-baity title to this awesome video.
Man, I still crack up when I see where you used old pop-up tent frame pieces as concrete reinforcement. But hey, it works, and it's free maturriel.
So nice❤❤❤
Way to recycle the shade tent into "rebar" for the stair foundation. Had to wait till the end to figure out what y'all were doing with that one. Great job, as always.
You guys are good, and fun to watch.thanks 4 vids
this is phils son speeking now as im growing up i realy love building
Love your work 👍
very very great work im a carpenter i love that 👷😍
always inspiring !!!
I like the idea of the square nailed wood floor but not sure if I’d want it in my house. It’s whatever the customer wants though 😅
I had a cashier check me out like this once. It made me very nervous! LOL
Loved that project!! I wish you would have given us a few more details about the mechanicals in the basement at the end. There was virtually nothing. Maybe a follow up video? Greetings from Texas....John B. - Retired Builder
I was asking myself the same.
I watched EVERY MINUTE!!! Fantastic build and so darling! (The house, oh and Arlo!)
That’s amazing 👏, but at my opinion grey colour was looking more better than white.
Great effort lads 👍🇬🇧👍🇬🇧
Glad you enjoyed it
Bien joué à vous tous pour ce magnifique travail !
Excellent work ! Good luck !
Great job from a great team 👍🤓🇫🇷
Thanks 👍
I so love your time lapse complete build vids. That’s how I found you guys, from your first complete build vid, ‘Construction Time Lapse of a Mountain Home’. It amazed me, so I binged your channel for months straight. As the title of this video suggests, it is satisfying to watch. You guys are awesome builders, insanely hard workers and your channel is pro status. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into everything you guys are doing and I hope you never stop. It’s bucket list to have you guys build me one. Or 20. Much, much love from Michigan, Bub. ✊🤎🏡 ⛰️⛰️🌳
I love it when you guys take the time to talk about every thing your doing but I some people hat like the to me paps also, have t I better prepare the explaining of them ngs better, you guys always do a Great job and love it catching ya all, God bless and have a wonderful day 👍✌️
A house build time lapse with narration would be great to help understand all the steps.
Awsome job! love the way it turns out.
Well done: the build and the video!
Absolutely beautiful, well done, guys. I know it was built a while ago as I saw the build episodes. Keep up the good work. Townsville, Queensland, Australia
That was awesome :)
yet again another awesome video guys! thanks for sharing !
it would be nice if you guys did a timelapse and a non-timelapse video for each house/project you do
With all the blocks, the time it took to lay the block, and cement poured into the blocks, would make more sense to actually do ICF at that point.
Love this so much! FYI your guest book says Jamie and Jamie Perkins - you forgot Eric
me love watch all your videos..keep up the good job..i am a jamaican
What a cool little house and y’all did an awesome job!
Currently homeless 21, framing is my dream job. Cant wait for the future
Yeah man love when you make these vids Erik ….
Tagged along for the whole build, awesome to see it in condensed form again!
Was thinking: all this house would need to be a full time residential home is a set of stairs to go downstairs (and maybe a garage/shed/woodshop of sorts somewhere on the proerty).
Couldn't quite remember why Jaime didn't put those stairs into the design, but wasn't it because it is a rental home?
One thing I noticed watching this a second time is no venting for the roof. No issues with that in NC?
The dream has become a reality!👍👍
Great fun watching this!
Question: I remember the original goal for this build was to do it for around $100K. Did you come in close to budget?
I seriously doubt that.
Wonderful video❤
Very cool home it looks built pretty well
If you repeatedly say "BOOTS and Pants" while the music is playing at 1:00, or there abouts it fits right in... beat boxing YO! LOL
