I’ve been in construction management the last 6 years in New York, USA. This was a wonderful time lapse, I must say I’m very impressed. I do have a lot of questions based on a lot of things that weren’t in the video, but I understand you can’t capture the ENTIRE home building process in a time lapse. Bravo to you!

Here in Brazil, we generally don't have this way of building our houses, they are all made of masonry from foundation to slab, with the exception of the southern region of the country. In any case, your construction is very beautiful and cozy.

Смотрел как вы почти нигде не использовали полноценные леса. Знаю на себе как это всё строится. Все дома что я строил были от фундамента до последнего винтика. Всего вам наилучшего в жизни. @@ehmzaferküçük küçük yağan yağmurlarda hiçbir problem olmaz. Zaten ahşabı döndüğü gibi hemen nem bariyeri ile örtüyor . Fakat 2-3 gün durmadan yağış olsa ( ahşaplar suya dayanıklı , işlenmiş ahşap olsa dahi) muhakkak küçük dönmeler, şişme ve bükülmeler olur fakat bu yapının dayanımını bozmaz.

Hum je serais curieux de savoir comment vieillit ce genre de maison. Entre le bois à l'extérieur, les fondations relativement faible en cas de mouvement des sols, la résistance aux tempête, la prise d'humidité ect
Il y’a 20ans j’aurais pas dis. Mais quand on voit la météo et les écarts de températures soudain qu’il y’a partout sur le territoire, je suis très très pessimiste
Jsuis d'accord avec ton commentaire. Déjà dès le départ, quand on constate qu'ils n'ont mis aucun raidisseur métallique pris dans les semelles de fondation pour remonter dans les murs... Bref à voir dans le temps. Espérons pour eux que le sol ne soit pas trop pourri

20 yıllık bir mimarım. Yaklaşık 15 yıldır çokça projede çalışıp fazlasıyla modern ürün ve imalat gördüm . Hala kendimi geliştirmeye çalışıyorum. Açıkçası ailecek yaptığınız bu ev bana çok ilham verdi. Tekniğiniz, işçiliğiniz muazzam . Tebrik ve teşekkür ediyorum. Türkiye’den selamlar.
Hocam yağmur? Bu işlem sırasında yağmur yağsa malzemeye kalıcı zarar vermez mi?
@@ehmzaferküçük küçük yağan yağmurlarda hiçbir problem olmaz. Zaten ahşabı döndüğü gibi hemen nem bariyeri ile örtüyor . Fakat 2-3 gün durmadan yağış olsa ( ahşaplar suya dayanıklı , işlenmiş ahşap olsa dahi) muhakkak küçük dönmeler, şişme ve bükülmeler olur fakat bu yapının dayanımını bozmaz.

My head is still spinning from attempting to take in all the details that went into this build. Whew! Congratulations on such an incredible accomplishment! What's missing though is the installation of any plumbing or electrical wiring, or even the entire HVAC system? Scratching my head on that one.

The level of detail that went in to waterproofing is exceptional. That house is going to be very tight and dry. Amazingly well done.
They didn't even stagger the plywood.

Hum je serais curieux de savoir comment vieillit ce genre de maison. Entre le bois à l'extérieur, les fondations relativement faible en cas de mouvement des sols, la résistance aux tempête, la prise d'humidité ect
Il y’a 20ans j’aurais pas dis.
Mais quand on voit la météo et les écarts de températures soudain qu’il y’a partout sur le territoire, je suis très très pessimiste
Jsuis d'accord avec ton commentaire. Déjà dès le départ, quand on constate qu'ils n'ont mis aucun raidisseur métallique pris dans les semelles de fondation pour remonter dans les murs...
Bref à voir dans le temps. Espérons pour eux que le sol ne soit pas trop pourri
