Azaleas like a somewhat acidic soil content. It is therefore advisable to add a little more peat to your potting mixture when transplanting azalea.

As far as I know it cud b equal proportion of them 3 parts and coarse sand is much better..also make sure that pine dust or any wood dust should b properly decomposed or else itd make the soil nutritionless...hope it helps and I'm from Darjeeling (the video guy too is from here)

I’m planning to repot my azaleas next week but am little scared as I’ve not done it before. They’re 3-4 years old and have lush leaves but the number of flowers have reduced a lot from before. I’ve been following your videos and I think it’s time to change the soil. Someone said the plant could get into shock and die if roots get damaged during repotting. Is it true?

Becoz of one and only leaf compost... Here in nursery 🌱 don't have any knowledge the medium required by Azaleas and camellia they just put in the soil. 😷🤦‍♂️😩 so i have to collect dry and make compost out of it 🙏🌿🌱🍀

Once the plants gets older the plants tend to attract more white stuff.
You can use spry some fungicide to get rid of it sometimes I brush it off .

Sometimes leaves are affected from Fungus .
