If you want to make your videos more useful and informative for the viewers, you should mention:
Where do you live and in what kind of climate?
    What "powder" you use?
    What species you are propagating?
    Thank you.

How much water they need, when to repot them etc. Every year i bought a lot of azalea frm garden store. Then in about 3or 4 months i akways killed them !🤔 now i gave up. But this year 2021 i want to start again for the last time lol. Since i dont hv much space, i need to keep them in apot. So please a need to know, if they need to be in a partial shade? I heard that they dont like too much sun/ heat. Thank you. (Im jessica im using my hubby's accnt)

Young cuttings should be grown into strong plants before doing any landscape work with them.
After rooting them, transfer them to a bigger container, grow them for I'd say at least 1 season, fertilize them monthly, and when they reach about a foot you can transfer them next season in the spring into the final place. This will give the cuttings 2 seasons before being planted in the ground so they will have sufficient root systems for protecting themselves.

Since Azaleas are shallow rooted plants I suggest that the cuttings should be done in shallow grow bags. This would make it easier to water by nearly placing the grow bag in a shallow tray of water. This would not disturb the position of the cutting
