This is a new concept i'm trying, living alone with schizophrenia, since most of you like both my vlogs and my schizophrenia content I figured I could try to combine the two, its basically a daily vlog where I also talk a little more about my struggles and day to day life living with an illness like schizophrenia.
In this vlog I ramble a lot, a lot of updates on my mental wellbeing and current delusions as well as some baking and doing daily chores...

Creative projects are so good for keeping your mind on something besides the elaborate illusions your mind makes. For me it's music, not just playing and creating music but studying and decoding the music that has already been released by well known artists. It is a long tradition of music going all the way back to tribal drumming, but our modern music really seemed to take form starting with The Beatles and Elvis Presley. Music for me is my escape, and it teaches me to express how I'm feeling and how to act to impress. Visual art is something I'm interested in to get those refined aesthetics, the closest I get to knowing that is having my own style of fashion. So yeah, creative projects is top notch for people with our struggles, it seems most of have a knack for creative thinking. Keep it up!

I do love omelettes! When I make them, I whisk some baking soda (about half a teaspoon) into the eggs, as this creates CO2 bubbles which expand as the egg cooks, making it more fluffy! I also include chopped fried onions, mushrooms, peppers, ham, and melted cheese on the surface! Since I'm not good at tossing them, I tend to put them under the grill for a few minutes to cook the top side. I should really practice my tossing technique, but I'm afraid the omelette will end up on the floor!

I have really missed your daily vlogs! So fun to watch and i agree bake or cooking is very relaxing. I can also find doing the dishes relaxing even if it´s not that fun all the time

Glad to hear from you! I’ve also just started exercising regularly. It helped my clinical depression so much I can’t even believe it! I can also be very debilitatingly indecisive about my studies, work, life choises. definitely recommend you getting regular exercise! ❤ helps the body and mind clarity

Nolonger tortured like I was.
My quality of life has improved.

They're both just regular house cats, no specific breed 🥰

haha just like it sound like, an insurance for cats in case they need to go to the veterinarian and so forth 😊
