Thanks for watching. Please let me know if you have had this surgery and how it went and also if you are due to have surgery. Thanks.

Hoping everything goes great with the surgery and the recovery. Sounds like it’s been such a journey even to this point. Cannot wait to see you out there with a full Iron Man vlog though with a full recovery!

Chris & Michelle Go Places Hi! Not too bad thanks. Had to leave surgery until October as need to do a few things first... Getting married in two weeks then honeymoon in Tanzania. Then getting a puppy! Been watching & liking your videos but haven’t been commenting after what you said as a bit worried about my comments going into spam and TH-cam flagging me...

Travel Vlogs Travel Vlogs hey two exciting things! Congrats on the upcoming wedding. Tanzania and the puppy are going to be awesome. We’ve only been diving there and haven’t really explored the land parts, but excited to see how it goes. No worries on commenting, just wanted to say hey and glad everything is going great.

Chris & Michelle Go Places thanks guys. Really looking forward to Tanzania. We’re on safari in 4 different national parks and will (fingers crossed) be there during the great migration. Then a week at the beach on Zanzibar to chill out! Your diving trips have looked awesome! Loved the dive platform you stayed on particularly. We dived in the Red Sea (Sharm Al Sheik) years ago and the corals were probably the best I’ve ever seen. Looking forward to seeing more!

Hi Allan and thanks. Glad you are having almost no pain. I’ve never really had any pain since the surgery, just a little muscle soreness when I progressed to lifting weights again etc as muscles had regressed a little. I’m now able to swim front crawl/freestyle again which puts the shoulder in a vulnerable position (and was the part of my last dislocation.) it still doesn’t feel 100% stable or as strong in positions where my arm is away from my body kind of diagonally but it is slowly improving. In front of my body or above it feels pretty normal and strong again. Hope your recovery goes really well and keep in touch!

@@ArunsTravels how Soon could you start Running again. Im looking so much forward to get out in the Roads again. Are you Running the Marathon, you talked about in one of the videos?

I started running at 6 weeks. I felt ready to start running at about 4 weeks but my surgeon told me not to in case I slipped and fell or something. I’ve been training for a marathon in April and a half Ironman in May and all was going really well but just got a calf strain and can’t run for about two weeks which is really frustrating. Are you entering for anything this year?
