The Hindu push up is downward dog, it’s yoga, same as cardiac coherence is pranayama, it’s yoga, it must be so confusing for people who don’t know yoga to find these exercises being rebranded

I can agree except the hindu push-ups (also called bomber dive push-ups). These are very demanding to lower back and core muscles and also require a near-perfect technique. Thus it's easy to get a lower back injury. Remember, majority of people nowadays spend too much time sitting and have weakened lower back and core. It's better to practice other exercises to strengthen the core and lower back before doing those. Basic push-ups are way more injury-free even with a sloppy technique.
Id say Push Ups Dips Pull Ups Australian Pull Up Squat Hollow Body Hold are supreme for all round strenght and every 1 of rhese has easier and harder variations

Used to do alot of push ups pull ups but since I hard a stroke in 2014 and later a heart attack in 2021 even the simpl of exercises are strenuous
