That’s some lovely looking water right there! Must feel so good to be able to relax and get some fresh air and take a swim get away from the stresses of life!
Excellent pool. Very natural and smart run off management. Wish I had a few more clients willing to commit to theses systems. Well done and thanks for posting.
Gorgeous! It would be great if you would include the dimensions of the main body of the ponds in the description so we have a better understanding....I'm personally interested in knowing the w/l/depth and the difference between the dugout dimensions vs. the interior dimensions once the rocks are in to better grasp how much room there is to swim, or for fish if it's not a recreation pond.
Platies and Swordtails are a great choice for a pond like this as they'll reproduce readily and help keep algae at bay. In aquariums, they are known to be great algae eaters. What waste they do produce will just get sucked up by the plants.
How very wonderful to hear ( I think you said) to have the plant... Banksia. Way way way way back, (I'm in the US) my family is related to Brit, Joseph Banks - a naturist 1768-1771 (along w Cptn Cook and Daniel Solander) Joe Banks mapped out much of the Australian Coast for ship maps. He and Daniel discovered and named this genus Banksia in 1770. 🤔 Hmmm 6' degrees of separation, kind of thing. Your pond/pool is absolutely amazing. I want one.
The pond guy is the bedt if its the as the pond guy that seels the supplies i get every thing for my pond from him down the the last grain of food and never have a problem beautiful pond also
Do you still build ponds yourself. It's cool that your business has grown enough to let you reorient your channel like this. I've been subscribed since you were The Pond Whisperer.
How is there so little algae in their pond? Any tips on controlling algae in an exposed environment (high levels of sun) and somewhat shallow 3-4 feet deep
The only thing we lack in Australia is a bill of rights like you US citizens. Our government acts more like people controllers rather than serve the people if we had freedom rights in our constitution.
Beautiful house beautiful pond surrounded with nature 🏞️⛲🏡 I love it. 😅If I will to stay in this house, I will definitely keep chicken🐔🐓, 🦆duck, 🦃 , birds 🐦 n plants fruits🍒🍎🍇🍓 n vegetable🥒🥬🌽🥦🍆 n beautiful flowers🌼🌸💕😅.
I'd love to build something like this at home. I live approximately 2hrs north of the suburb of this pool and love to swim. But we have a big problem with toads up here. Toads are an invasive species in Australia and damn hard to get rid of or to keep out of ponds. We see them pretty much every night around here.
@@TimApple. No idea but I can say I wouldn't choose something like concrete or bricks alone. Where I live we get a lot of soil movement caused when the ground fluctuates between wet and dry. I'd feel more secure with a liner underneath a more solid foundation in case of cracks caused by the ground movement
Dude this is like one of the crazy ideas I have in my dreams. Tropical fish and ponds have always been a love of mine. This is so cool.
same so cool! hope you get to make this your dream somebody lad
its just a pond of water and brings so much joy and hapiness and color in life ...and then they tell you live in a souless city ....
Why so?
They could do this in a soulless city, they just choose not too. That's the real problem.

Wow, they do it right down under. Every pond you've showcased down there has been gorgeous....
I’d take that over any pool that could be built
The pond is gorgeous! 🌺💚🙃
For me the best I've ever seen and I've been looking for a long time. Congrats!
Spectacular, i would love that in my backyard. Looks like a swimming hole at the local creek, my kind of pool. 😍🌺
That's the clearest swimming pond I've ever seen! And I've watched almost every video available on them. I'd kill for one!
Should I send you my mother-in-laws address, and once the deed is done, we'll talk.
😂🎉

The water flow effect is amazing, it feels like the whole pond has come alive!🤩
Now this ones

It`s a beautiful waterfall and pond in a natural garden, I love it.

I think because cost is almost a secret, many people shy away from them
@@SarahGuzzi-c2q That's a good point! I was wondering if it would be the same price or different from a typical pool.
@@SarahGuzzi-c2qhow much are they in dollars?
Seriously if I had this , I’d never need a vacation. It’s perfect. For the meantime I’ll make do with my 8’ x 4’ pond 😊
What a great backyard to unwind & relax in.

Probably just take a foot off each side or add it to get the amount of change ??
Dudes done a great job ❤
Definitely the best by far! Perfect pool.

Another brilliant video Greg. Loving these videos from our Australian brothers .
All the best from England
Paradise 🌈 in the Backyard 🎉 Perfect! Stunning 😍
I love water features and swimming pools. This is the best of both. I WANT!!
Absolutely stunning, I love the natural look of these pond types. I agree with the lady with regards to the chlorine type ponds, lifeless and fake. 🤩🙂

Beautiful And natural design pond👍 feel so relaxing
They do like their billabongs down under, don't they?! ❤
Yes I agree its a paradise for sure. God bless 😊
This is one of my faves!
Do you need a pool fence? In NSW they are compulsory.
This is the most beautiful pond I've ever seen!
Beautiful! They should put big Kois there.
That is unbelievable, absolutely beautiful, I have never had a bucket list but I have just started one. Congratulations on an awesome pond/pool
So amazing come out there and relax and listen to the waterfall

I would want a pond full of bluegill, it woudl be so pretty!
This is outstanding. absolutely brilliant. Well done. How do you get around the pool fencing laws? ie there is no fence?
Does the water not get too cold in the winter for the platies?
Woow..is beautiful..
Amazing!
Awesome clarify..
SO HOW MUCH $ ?
It cost $55
I think including plants and fishes it costs five lakhs or 500000 😅😊dollars
If i had to take a guess at least 2 dollars
Guess it's a way to get around the swimming pool mandatory fencing
About three fitty

What is used to keep it so clear? Pumps? Or more?
I aslo want to build like this in Bhopal madhyapradesh
What prevents backswimmers from breading (and biting) in the ponds?
So how do keep the mozzies and the cane toads out of it? Or funnel webs?
Its just gorgeous! Do you have any problem with snakes around the outside of water around the rock ledges? Or actually in the pond itself ?

Cost? What happens during winter

How does it filter bacteria and parasites? Also mosquitoes?
Mosquitos mostly like stagnet water, but bacteria im still asking
I wanna build a catfish pond in my backyard
I want to build one for Sturgeons about 25 of them Make a lot of money
Where we can help
Catfish is smelly and make the water dirty. You don't want it in your pond.
Hawks kept swooping and getting my fish. You have to make sure it’s deep enough and that the fish have a place to hide under
fancy owning a beautiful aquascape like this and throwing a hand full of platty's in there 😂
Amazing pond! Only a gator roommate is missing there. 😁
Beautiful!...
Until a big ol croc slides in there and sets up shop.
