- I was feeling really happy today and so I decided to play some Sky cause I really did not know what else to do. I needed an outlet for my excess happiness and I found that in Sky.

The elder mask you tried on in the closet was just a replica. The original ones you can obtain only after fully completing a corresponding realm. To complete a realm you need to unlock every item in spirits’ friendship trees ( beside the most expensive capes on tops). Then you’ll have to go through Eden and only in the Orbit you can summon an elder and buy a mask from them. Those masks are expensive. For example, the Prairie elder mask is 125 ascended candles. And before that you’ll have to buy the elders hair for 4 ascended candles. So that makes 129 candles all together that you need to collect before getting the Prairie elder’s mask. Yeah. And also it’s easier now to collect these candles because we have shard events. Before shards we could only get candles by going through Eden(
The praire mask is NOT 125 ascended candles

One of the elder masks is that much! I know because I was there a few days ago and had the intention of getting it until I saw the price. I can not imagine how many years it would take me to save up an extra 130 candles just to finish that map. Yeah, it’s so not gonna happen…
Yeah I should’ve figured that. Surely an item like that wouldn’t be so easy to get

Yeah I did hear about the masks being expensive. 125 ascended candles is a lot. Damn I’m gonna have to do a lot of grinding haha
But I really would like to have that mask cause it’s really cool and it has all these defensive buffs.

I actually realized that the spirit isn’t looking through the window! If you look closely, there is a super tiny crab in the middle section of the window and that’s what the spirit is staring at!
You can buy some hearts from spirits, like there was one that that spirit had, and all the seasonal guides have hearts you can buy. But mostly if you want hearts, you gotta either plant messages and/or shared spaces and have three friends heart them so they show up publically, or you can light candles for friends using the friends stars from earlier and you’ll get some in return. That way builds up pretty slowly though lol.
The spirit you’re missing is the Confident Sightseer. It’s in the ice rink area, though you’ll have to do a bit of climbing to get there.
fun fact; in the early days of sky you had to collect alot of the valley spirits through the valley races! youd soar past them like a winged light and theyd follow you all the way down; then their statue would appear at the end of the race! (lots of fun when youd get all of them in one go and see all the statues) but comtrols can be difficult for newer players; so they changed them to be relived like regular spirits (lots more story to each spirit this way!)
Also when you log in for the next time; you should visit aviary and daylight prairie; youll be in for quite the surprise 👀

There are many quests you can do if you don't know what to do! Like aurora quest,quest on island wasteland,quest on hidden forest but but but! You can find another place when you want to fly to the hidden forest, when you fly down, fly high to the right and you will see an entrance you can go! And all realms have many other quest! Haha good luck!
Oh and! Days of feast have started! It will end on 7 January(just some information)

But ya need many ascended candles to buy the elder mask!

This video has proven to me why your journey is so nice to experience and why some people might like it. You're a very approachable and familiar person! You tell us tidbits about you, your life and likings, in a genuine caring way. That amazing energy does permeate to the game which makes it even more entertaining to watch ("we laugh with you, not at you"). Like that fun thing you had at the aviary and skynapped the two spirits and immediately adopted them as your guardians, or how you treat other spirits with a wide range of expressions, and of course, your own interactions with yourself in game! You treat your moth like it was a good friend or family :) With you, we don't know what will happen and that's an amazing feeling because wherever you takes us we'll have a good time for sure!
Anyway, it's a good thing you've been feeling well! Mindfulness and meditation does wonders into channeling positivity into your life. Hopefully you can enjoy more days like those and also share some of that with people around you!
Also, my dear moth, in this economy 39 candles is pretty much nothing so you got to keep saving to get whatever cool stuff you want! Same thing goes for your Ascended candles (I was sounding condescending on purpose to add a dramatic flare)
Ohh thank you Sacred. I'm super happy to hear that. The only reason I talk about other stuff happening from my life is because I feel like eventually I'm gonna reach a point where I won't have anything more to say about the game. And it's just gonna be a repetition like doing the shard event and the dailies.
So, adding these tidbits from my life is my way of making these videos interesting and "non-repetitive". Like even though eventually I might be doing the same things, I want the videos to feel unique and not the same.
Also, I was a fan of vlogging when I was younger and this is kinda my way of doing it I guess.
And you are absolutely right. 39 candles is nothing. I was ignorant to think that it was a lot. It is in fact nothing.

While trying to save a spirit tap on yourself to have an indicator show up
Tip Edit: You do not have to stand next to a winged light when collecting it!! With the race Winged Light, all you need to do is touch the Winged Light child and it auto collects it!

The mask that "Eden" has is from the elder but you need to complete all collection from the realm like buy all items form the spirits in oder to unlock the elder spirit! The mask will cost from 120 - 150 Eden candles

Just always keep at least 2 ascended candles for any possible traveler spirit... Those locked wing bufffs cannot be missed 😉😊

Wooo! You bought your first Wing buff -Stargaze got golden if you noticed-, so when you do Eden again, you'll have an additional Winged light upon reborn.
Also, those masks that appear on the dressing area which you thought were the Elder masks are normal masks, since the Elder ones are kind of a very optional thing to get.
You need to complete a constellation to 100%, finish Eden, go to the constellation menu in Orbit and press the flag icon to buy the Elder hair first, then the mask is available.
The Isle Elder hair costs 4 Ascended candles, and the mask costs 125 AC.
If you want to see the realm constellation without going there, just go Home and check the icon in top of the rock you spawn. It has 2 modes, friends constellation and realms constellation. You can change between those with a button.
Also, Kratos was probably letting you know about the daily missions, the statue in the middle of the realm gates that has the "!" icon gives the daily missions.
And! Since you like sliding and skating so much, let me tell you that for the Days of Feast, we have a snowboard as a F2P cosmetic! You have to follow the two spirits that get inside a small house -one has a bunny mask, the other is a yeti- to check the things you can purchase.
The snowboard costs tickets, which means that every day some will be scattered around the village -watch Nastymold if you haven't found the 4 in Aviary and the last one in the race you can teleport to with said spirits-. As long as you finish the race, you will get the last ticket, being a snowflake.
Days of Feast ends on 7th January if I recall, so if you get all the tickets you should get it for sure!

I don't know if Kratos is a vet or just a moth with cool cosmetics, but many vets don't go directly from one realm to the other. As in, many vets would arrive at the end of forest and not continue into Valley from there unless they're candle running all the realms (which happens less often now that the chevrons have been introduced)
At least to my knowledge. I can't vouch for other vets to be fair. But the reason I say that is that I've seen a lot of vets just return home at the end of realms (including myself)
It's a shame though. I think about it sometimes. The transitions between the realms are really cool - flying through the clouds between Isle and Prairie, sliding down and flying under the clouds between Valley and Wasteland... And the unique broken-down room after Vault that has a portal home - and one to Eden. I rarely just go from Vault to Eden, so I've only seen in a couple of times since I've started playing Sky. So I go there sometimes just for the sake of it
Also as soon as you reach at the elder's altar in the valley...please look at the left side...Im so god damn anxious for you not having a good look around where we're passing by...you're missing so many places hahah🤣🤣

One thing I noticed when I edit my videos is that I tend to overlook a lot of things. I think the reason for that might be because my attention is shifting between talking and playing the game. I don't know for sure though.

@@kkplayssky it makes sense but try to practice doing this: Every time you reach at new section just take a wider up/down left to right look around you and then start talking after that.
"Alright guys I just got this new area.. Let me take a deep look". 5/10 secs later you come talking. If you need to cut these 10 secs or less, it won't be a big deal
