@@Azurethewolf168 doubt it, nobody in Serbia is called Anatoliy or anything similar, it's a classic Eastern European name. Most European countries (aside from the most developed ones) are not so multicultural, and you can really tell where someone's from just based on their name.

Cartman isn't all that wrong. Birds of a feather usually flock together. There are more mixed race couples now than the 80s and 90s, but people still generally date/marry people of their own race, because of cultural similarities.
But this case, token and Nicole didn't have anything in common other than that they are both African American

Cartman treats his classmates like some social eugenics experiment by matching Token and Nicole together believing they are meant to be compatible with each other because they have same ethnicity. It would be an interesting twist if Cartman starts falling for Nicole.
