What you do is write down meals on a weekly planner that you want to cook. You list all of the ingredients and write them on a shopping list that you take to the store with you. And walah!!!
The food look so good it will be nice you make a cookbook with different healthy recipe. It look so good and it even might taste good having a healthy homemade meal
