I was Eddie's limo driver in Birmingham, I used to drive him around in the Brimingham area. He was a Friend and a Classy Man.

the Spaniels had one, so did the Dominoes (60 Minute Man), the original group who did Sh-Boom before the Crew Cuts stole it, and the Chi-lites, among others;

Paul is my absolute favorite. He's my favorite baritone ever as well. I love how the emotion he gives every song, and no Temptation can plead the way he can. Aside from his well-known leads I love his songs "Slow Down Heart" "I'll Love You Till I Die" "Last One Out is Brokenhearted" "No Man Can Love Her Like I Do" and "Running Away" RIP to him, Eddie, and all the Tempts we lost.
Last one out is brokenhearted needs to be featured more. That is an amazing song.

The stories I could tell my grandparents Lived right around the corner from Reverend CL Franklin and Aretha Franklin on LaSalle and Motown is 4 blocks down my uncle paul Riser was the music arrangement and wrote music for Stevie wonder and worked closely with Ashford and Simpson my oldest brother played the drum's for rick James on tours and with sly stone listen I could tell you some stories I grew up in Detroit yes I could tell you some crazy stories 🤣 ed Paul David Otis Melvin and Dennis they were great guys very talented they are legendary

I was born and raised in Birmingham, Al. I have older sisters so I was raised on the Temptations. Eddie passed away at Princeton Baptist Hospital which is 5 mins from my family home. My sister went to his funeral to pay her respects and to see her idol Diana Ross. Eddie Kendrick is buried at Elmwood cemetery which is 10 minutes from from the house. I now live in Columbus, Georgia and I pass by the cemetery every time I go home to Birmingham. He was a wonderful singer. My favorite lead singer besides Eddie is Ollie Woodson. RIP Eddie and Ollie 🙏

Brother I respect your comment and your opinion. However Russel Thompkins Jr is good, yes he is. He is my second best first tenor ever but to me he couldn't touch Eddie. Russel is Great I swear he is but not as Great as Eddie. This is not for argument sake or debate. Only my opinion.
