Morning Claire, like you ive stopped following a lot of people. Same as decluttered apps on my phone. Only keep books i really loved. Like my tudor queens. ❤
I’m looking forward to the ‘Claire and the Classics’ series! Classics are my favourite books. 📚 I think that you’ll love Great Expectations by Charles Dickens - it’s such a good introduction to classics. It isn’t a daunting length, and the story and characters are vivid and wonderful. I also think that you will enjoy the class commentary. Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre will also be perfect for you.
Lovely Claire! 🌟🤗😘⭐️ Great collection’s I’m going to read some classics too! I love reading and Knitting in equal measures! But first I’m going to read Our Cosmic origin by Ismael Perez And Weapons of mass protection by Abby wynne and Mark Attwood
Love the box sets...I grew up reading the Narnia books and Roald Dahl ❤ I still have most of the Narnia books I bought as a child, using the book tokens I used to get for birthdays and Christmas from my uncle. Some of them are practically falling apart but I'm very fond of them. I've just bought the Bartimaeus books by Jonathan Stroud and am taking my time reading through them. They are children's books about a Djinni and are so well written and entertaining. I have read the first one (the Amulet of Samarkand) before and loved it, so thought I'd get the whole lot of them. OK I'm 51, but I think you lose something when you are no longer willing to read children's books.
I just tend to go with the flow with what I read. I take it slow though, due to limited time but also I'm not in a rush. I finish a book and then I'll buy another that looks interesting, however I did get a few for Christmas so I have them ready to read, I don't know which one I'll read next though. I'm not really much of a planner in life, so I guess that's why it works for me.
Hi Claire, Yes, I read all of the Roald Dahl/Harry Potter and David Walliams to my son.. I loved reading them all. Ironically, he's not a big reader.😢 I must get back into Daphne De Maurier. Enjoyed 'Rebecca'. I've just received 2nd hand copy of 'Railway children'. I strongly agree that they should leave books in their original form. I don't read as much as I'd like to, but I am endeavouring to do better this year.

Hi Claire, are you still doing CT Royal. I like to hear about the Royals and you seem to be quite good with that.
No, I’m focusing on more uplifting work. If I did do some royal stuff it would only be for a major event and I’d do it during a cacao chat xxx
