Usually 25-30 but my pony’s a Subaru 💫😎
Around 14-15 in the SAS'd T100
I get about 16 in a 2006 toy taco and about 18 on a 2017 4runner. My 2020 camry gets like 40 and some change, not something I'm used to.
25 but I have not started upgrading my Tacoma.

TH-cam really wants me to watch this guy's videos and I'm rolling my eyes the entire time.
I’ve never rock crawled and even I knew that unbalance terrain was easy... smh
I don’t think they would’ve made it without the patch collection in their cab 🤣
I have an 06 taco, I bought it when it was new. Back then I didn't have kids only my wife, I regret not getting out and exploring California more. Now that I have to toddlers and a 4runner I have a hard time going outdoors because if I take my lil ones they would just keep running on the open field for days and I can't keep up.
I can relate to that. I have four kids and I just bring them along.
I hope to be able to get out this spring. I have a 4 and a 3 year old that not to be outdoors and explore
between the drone shots, the narrator, and the plot lines; this is better than a national geographic film.

04:12 same happened to me when I picked up my kids from school on Friday. Had to park with 2 wheels on the sidewalk, that was intense. Didn't have my maxtracks with me but but was I glad I aired down before.

@@tacomabeast I live in Nevada but Kauai is hard to beat...might find less crowds, more space on Lanai...the Big Island is the best option IMO with all the different terrain and climates 🤙

My uncle, father and I did 560 miles on our enduro Bikes, it was the nastiest stuff I've ever been through. Places where we would have never got the bike out if they broke down. But the memories you make last forever

nothin wrong with an occasional hotel room on the trail... warm shower to fill with mud as you wash off the dust of 2-3 days on the road... not to mention you got a couple big boys with you... us big boys tend to sweat a bit more. always good to be able to wash the funk off.

A bit dramatic. Just go around the ditch in the camber section go around or make your on path. Both with very capable trucks. Just imagine doing it with a horse back then.

I don't think my horse and wagon is going to make it all the way but I would have to try to find a way around those crash site lol you know those big dips that bring you to a sudden stop. Just a suggestion from a country boy. If your going deep off road like old Pony Express trail. Take a 5 ft shovel it'll save ya'lls back IF you need to use it. Just a humble suggestion from a guy that's shoveled A LOT!!!

Awesome trip guys! I grew up in Nevada and that northern area, well really the whole state has soo much to offer in terms of adventure. I used to love telling people how you could take off in almost any direction, and not see another soul for days if you wanted to. Awesome camera work, killer narrator voiceover; I really like the time-lapse shots of the night sky. Having done a lot of geology work in that part of the country, I used to fall asleep counting meteorites under a wide open night sky. I'm looking forward to more series like this.
BTW, you gonna post a review of the King shock setup? I'm curious about it, as I'm doing some research and right now, it's between the Kings and the Bilstein 8112's. I can't imagine a better shake down than what you just put them through.

Insurance claim, it’s a listed road and would be covered with any good insurance. I have had damage off road on a trail that had a route number and fully covered.

Just a tip, when going in dips like that, take it at an angle not straight. Nice trucks, put those bad boys to the test!!
Going in at an angle is best but in this scenario is was so deep
Im curious, you were going to drive in the bottom of the wash anyway. Why stay at the angle you were at instead of angling the tacoma down into the wash sooner? It looks like you could have saved yourself some hassle?
That’s a fair comment and looking back it wasn’t the best filming. The wash was a 4’ drop off and we weren’t able to just drive into it.
