      Thank you, I eat kale, collard green, spinach, lettuce very much, just added beets and the leave, but I slowed down on beets leave, because I have a feeling that it is naturally salty.
      But Dr. Joe you didn't finish answering my question on what to do if your blood pressure goes very low

    Thank you so much Dr. Joe. I'm 30 years old and my average BP was 130/80 when I am relax. When I used to go to the Doctor, my BP is high 160/80, 150/80 because of nervousness. I used to exercise twice a day and includes your dump exercises. I took off coffee as well as eating high-fat foods. By God's grace, my BP will soon be back to normal. Continue to be a blessing to us Dr. Joe. Will continue to watch more videos of you.

It sounds scary about artery etc. my late father is have high blood pressure history so it's mean it's in my genes...Your advice really means a lot doc, I pray so hard that everything will be okay because my children is small and I'm away from my family. Many thank's doc and more power.❤️❤️❤️

    I still do your nitric oxide release exercises.. I was diagnosed with low ejection fraction last year, but it is improving with medication but unfortunately I developed diastolic impaired relaxation between Jan- July and my BP was still high which caused my diastolic impaired relaxation. ALL of this due to stress; my arteries are clear, organs are great as well. I'm confident that I can reverse my heart condition by concentrating on consuming the nitrate rich foods and hopefully reduce my medication through stress management as well. You forgot the anti nutrients coming with the green stuff!!

    • @drjoetvMD
      @drjoetvMD  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Harry, I'm not sure why as human beings we prefer to focus on the little things. We allow the little things to override the bigger benefits. I'll understand if these so-called anti-nutrients meant a lot. Presumably you are referring to phytates, lectins, oxalates and saponins. Some of these so-called anti-nutrients are easily deactivated by cooking methods such as steaming and boiling. Besides, the benefits of eating these foods far out-weigh any potential "harm" that these anti-nutrients may cause.
      If you are too focused on these minute details of foods, you won't eat anything at all. Trust me. The deeper you dive, the more stuff you'll uncover and you'll become paralysed from over-analysis.

      You are almost there, Lola. You may want to continue with your current medications until such a time that natural methods can take over from the meds. But you need to work with your doctor to achieve this. Both of you will need to decide when to discontinue your regular medications. And you need to monitor blood pressure closely too. It's difficult for me to advise you from a distance when to do that as I do not know your medical history.
