Excellent video! Very helpful. Thank you. Coming back to this at 22:48 the pressure plate ring (small skinny ring) has an "up" side if you look at the ring you can see and it's important to get it facing up. Also, the bolts that hold down the Belvue ring are 7Nm and you don't want to over or under tighten them. Tighten them at cross pattern. Great job.
They are so offer diff pressure settings for the clutch feel..it basically offsets one of the bolts so the pressure is easier, but I have never used it, and always kept it stock. I will look into the service manual for an actual explanation. Thx!
I haven't met a single person who has had these last more than 15 hrs. Maybe with the way you ride, they could last 50 hrs but no one I know has had them last. Whatever lol!
No, never had them last more than 12 hrs or so, they fall apart. I change the oil every 5. Scott, why are you here posting? This give you some sort of joy to comment like this? I dont get it.
@@themotocrossmodchannelWulfMX I just honestly am in shock so many people say different things and no it doesn’t give me joy to know that I will have to do maintenance on my bike this often if this is the truth actually kind of sucks to be frank
I’m glad you pointed out the rubber dampeners no one else believes me that those things matter lol . Good video man.

What’s a torque wrench?

The "S" should face up from what Ive seen in every other video. Its got a sharp edge and a slightly tapered other side... IDK

What are the numbers on the ring is it for different settings on the clutch?

How many hours on that clutch?
It was about 40 I think, smoked metal plates.
Umm ya... The rubber dampers can go 50hrs!! 15hrs is rediculous.... Same as changing oil every 5. Oil can go 20 hrs. Dampers 50hrs.

Never had a set of dampers last more than 12 hours? You must change oil every hour too? Jesus 12 hours out of dampers is just ridiculous
