2. *Prepare the Avocado:* Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
3. *Mix the Toppings:* Add mashed avocado and lemon juice . Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. *Assemble the Toast:* Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
5. *Garnish and Serve:* For an extra kick, sprinkle a pinch of black sesame seeds , zaatar and Serve immediately and enjoy!
