Ben on this sixers roster would be huge because it’ll be a low risk high reward. The risk is obviously his health but if he can get you at least 60 games, the defensive ability and rebounding would certainly elevate the team even more

Ben only on the roster for defense isn’t that bad of an idea as long as he’s willing to be a team player and not a spoiler. We all know he can’t shoot for jack but the defense and having that size could be a need to beat Boston.

He just has to play like draymond be a play maker
Maxey is a 3 level scorer. With Ben on floor, thst gets complicated as Ben's man is now free to defend Maxey. Ben makes it 4 or 5. That is assuming he plays past the mental stuff, leg issues, and back issues. The man sat out for his back and then in off season said he won't do surgery. Howbwpuld a player that avoids all potential contact situations due to pressure of shooting foul shots do against defensive teams?

Granted Ben Simmons played his best basketball as a 76er but after moving on and two back surgeries no way he should come back (& won't case closed..). Bottom (& most important..) line don't think Embiid would want him back for he wants his teammates to be all in, especially when it comes to the playoffs (& why the the team brought in players like George & Drummond).

Who do yall think better between dorian finney smith & precious achuiwa???? And we have to ask ourselves did we really give buddy a fair amount of time with the team to really see if he fits? And to be honest if we can get ben simmons on a vet minimum and a clean physical why wouldn't you do it? If you just ask him to do what we need him to do which is rebound, lock other teams best players up and play make he he can do that on a high level if his back goes out on him then your not losing too much. Go into it not expecting anything else just what he does best

They need a passer, rounder and defender. DFS is a 3 not a 4 and will not help on the boards the way we need vs the Knicks, Celtics, Heat and even Cavs. Ben can do those 3 needed things...Im 60/40 leaning No to if they could bring him back on the min. If they can get Dario get him cause he could rebound, solid passer and would be ok in help(team) defense, plus solid IQ.

Kyle is too old to start for this team, and we all know Nick Nurse plays his starters long minutes. The sixers need to get a point guard.

You Keith was the one who helped his ego to leave. You suck. But to make things right than you should be the one who brings him home. His best years were in Philly. All he has to do publicly is apologize to the fans and the city in a news conference and let’s get this thing back on track and win this Championship.
