The Sixers drafted a Freakish Defender with their 2nd pick in the 2024 drat. He reminds of the defensive prowess of Hakeem Olajuwon. With their First pick, they drafted a Potentially Grade A 3 point shooter. So adding PG to the starting lineup means the Sixers have a 3 Headed Monster that can compete Head to Head with anyone in the EAST. Their Draft was far Better then anything Boston did. So all Philly really needs is for everyone to stay healthy. Then they are winning the EAST. Easily.

It's less pressure honestly, he was a 2nd option or 1st option on the clippers now he's a 3rd option to pair with an 7ft 280 MVP center that can score at all 3 levels and a rising star guard who made the all-star tam and won most improved player. Probably the best situation to go to besides GS

He had a better team in LAC and they fell flat. Kawhi or no kawhi... Harden/Russ/PG13 should've have at least contended for the WCF .. with Kawhi they should be finals bound.
The Suns are in a similar situation but they don't have the depth/coaching that LAC has along with Philly... Andre, Eric, Oubre, Martin are good pick ups tho.

If Oubre and Drummond will accept their role as down right dirty, all up in ya defenders this season they’ll have enough. They have the inside and outside game on lock. Embiid is a rim protecter. The hardest thing for a team to find is humans to accept their role as defenders night-in-night-out. We will see if the two i mention have that pride or if they have too much pride
Oubre bought in last year. In the playoffs just need guys to be threats so Joel can’t get tripled n defend. If pg was on the Sixers last season they at least get to Boston

Paul George did get the Clippers past the 2nd round. He led them to the WCF in 2021 where they lost out to the Suns

Paul George should've went to the Golden State Warriors. George and Maxy aren't compatible on the court together, and Joel Embiid has injury issues just like Paul Goerge. And both Embiid and George are too ball dominate. Steph Curry and Paul George would have been dangerous.

GMs never learn. You can't throw a bunch of pieces together and act like chemistry is not a factor. The last few years Boston, Denver, GSW had long standing cores and added complimentary role players to strengthen the team which resulted in championships. How many times are they going to redo the moves of the Nets, Suns, Clippers? It does not work. We can add OKC to that list with Melo, PG, and Westbrook.
The difference is pg actually fits the team and not just a bunch of stars on a team
