Ahh, finally we reached the era of Nikke where guides and funny reviews get recommended in youtube. Great work, as a veteran player since launch, it was hell but also fun to get learn the info on this vid the hard way. And kudos to the comments sharing more tips, lets make nikke community a rich one cummanders.
At first I thought the Noise tip had been patched or something, until I realized the I-frames were the reload animation. A damn good guide, and its helped me a lot. Thank you!
For the turret iframs on train, the turrets have a red blinking light 3 times before they shoot. From what I have semi tested and done in game, there is a window roughly around the third time they blink where you would want to then go into cover. I've seen other people say that there are multiple different windows available on it which makes it all the more confusing
Or just tank it with diesel. If you have enough damage you can also destroy one turret when its about to shoot and it will cause the other one to deal no damage as well.
11:31 thank you for this guide on Gravedigger. Managed to fully beat it for the first time with the comp you showcased. All that's left for me to beat is Alteisen
Perfect timing!!!!! I was about to ask for a special interception guide cause I'm really struggling to do them, but the guides from other creators don't explain how and why to play, they just put a whaled team and beat the shit out of the boss lol
You should check out sefhi's stream vods, he puts together teams on other peoples accounts and is usually able to beat the bosses. I've learned a lot watching his streams for SI. Once you get the hang of it though Train really is the only hard boss.
its cringe XD ive just started farming this intercensions You'll find it funny once u try it out yourself XD i have train trauma now bcuz the time i can survive this train was like my time in bed, short
I trusted you and dumped a week's worth of skill books into Noise and... you're 100% right. Even when she got snapped in half by some turret fire she let my team get to a stage 7 clear Pseychie you're a legend I just full cleared Chatterbox thanks to your tips. It's the first time I've ever cleared a Special Interception
Some extra PC Client tips: 1. When I was first clearing Chatterbox, I found it helpful to limit the fps to 30 frames. It made it easier to hit the missiles. 2. When clearing the Train, you can use a wider aspect ratio (iirc 21:9) and windowed mode to see more of the boss, similar to landscape on mobile. Good luck clearing!
finally a good guide to interception. I have been looking for decent guides for interception to no avail. i am happy to see discover this channel subbed.
I've been doing interception for a while now but when I first started there weren't many guides to clear them without someone using all pilgrims/meta characters to nuke the bosses and not actually explaining anything, so I had to go online to obscure sites like Nikke gg to figure out tips like not shooting modernias wings and chatterbox missles being slower in 30 fps, not destroying the core, Gravedigger danger circles, a guide like this was really needed!
I found your channel before the anniversary and i must say it is amazing your guides are clear and precise, I'm totally F2P and you're helping me a lot to advance in the game keep the great work and the cursed thumbnails
This came out at just the right time. I literally unlocked special interception a few days ago and was getting frustrated with the first couple bosses. Ill keep the chatterbox tips in mind for tomorrow and hope for my first clear or stage 7+ run.
Not going to lie before watching this video I wasn’t able to make it pass stage 3 damage on any boss. Now even using the same team thanks to your tips, I could make it to tier 9 damage multiple times on different bosses this is helping me advance a lot since I can almost consistently get tier 9 equip. Thanks a lot man sending love and support your way ❤❤
Yoooo thank you so much man! Today is the first time i beat an EX boss and it's Modernia. RH is a beast she carried me all the time even she at elemental disadvantage. Thank you king 👑
Very helpful guide. I started playing nikke 5 weeks ago when Ludmilla banner release and was able to unlock interception EX & full clear 4/5 of the bosses thank to yours guide series 👍 Beating the train is gonna take me a long time tho 😂
This is just what i needed, i'm 3 months in the game and all i can defeat are Chatterbox & Modernia (also occasional Blacksmith). Luckily, i just got Noise last week and immediately start building her, so i guess now is the perfect time to test her out.
Pseychie, thank you for the guide - instant bookmark: even with RH on my side, I was frustrated as all hell with SI until you broke down the fights into easily-understandable steps that made the fights easier to comprehend. Now I've taken down Modernia, Blacksmith, and Chatterbox: only the two worst Interception bosses to go! And @TimaeuSS was right: RH absolutely demolishes these bosses, just need to get me some D for some instant burst.
13:44 ah the fucking train. Literally the only special interception I struggle with. Everything else was easy as hell once I figured out what teams were most efficient. But with this motherfucker, even the recommended teams struggle to kill it
1 years of free to playing and i finaly beated some off them thank to your video huge thanks on you ( tho i must admit red hood and the new year gave me huge boost on my account since i got god tier drops )
It's probably been a good month or 2 since I've seen this and I have to say one of the most helpful things is realizing how useful noise is she got me out of a few hard spots and definitely past a few stages I shouldn't have been able to pass with my roster (let me get past ultra recently with a 40-50k defecit and can't say it was pretty but it worked)
My 4 cent, hope it helps someone (i am gonna say things not mention or fully mentioned in the video) For Blacksmith: Prob at the start you will need a AoE burst to deal with the bombs if you don't like i-frame (i hate it) but when your dps is decent you can just take those down with regular shots in burst, a unit i wanna mention here is Drake, her burst can destroy all the bombs and deal damage at the same time, you just need to time it right, i was using this alot at the start (using a burst AoE will also help you to cut wasted time, when you don't have the dps you can spend several seconds to just attacking theme), second unit i wanna mention is Harran, she will help you both with the bombs and with energy generation, for starter can be nice (she was my pair with Drake to kill those every rotation). Also, time very well the burst window when he reach end of bar 7 (last 2 bars left) he will jump away from you and you will need to hit 3 qte, if you don't you are prob dead and this is usually the most diff. point of the fight, if you can survive with all your covers you can also just use it if you can't make it in time, you will remain without cover on anyone but afther that the fight it's over, the other quick time event it's easy to do (unless he will rng stun your best dps). I also wanna mention Marciana, the fact that she can heal in burst II position is key to not mess up your burst I unit or waste a slot to run another burst I (supp+healer), also Pepper with Privity in manual can heal, alot. (also Privity+Marciana it's really good) A core like Dorothy, Marciana,Privity, S.Anis+flex seems really a nice and full of sinergy comp (esp. if your s. anis has not the lv9 burst), if rng shots smiles to you just Marciana+Privity can heal you well For Modernia, note your dps positions, if you put all of theme on one side they will all focus one wing at the time, at the start when you lack dps you really want this bc killing one faster can help you survive but later you can destroy both bf she is dead, you prob will need to change dps positions in reagard of what level of dps you have bf just reaching the point where you just kill her with ease For Gravedigger: A unit i want to mention is Poli, she can be your second burst II with Guilty and her long atk% buff + the shield can be really really comfy to deal with the missiles (you just need to shot 1 down and the other will just bash on the shield, if you poli is invested you can even tank both) it's not a key to this fight, it's just a comfy pick if you really hate to deal with those (like me). If you miss S.Anis Sugar will be your best friend, Noir (even alone) is also a unit that can help so much in this fight bc of her damage to interruption parts+recharge magazine Train: For what i know, the turrets just glich out, this is why they miss but i really don't wanna try and try again until i get good rng. If you miss Ludmilla you can try to use Sakura+Diesel, a not even much invested (lv5 pieces that give hp) can tank the turrets shots in the 30 second Sakura burst effect is up but you need to time pretty well her short taunt window. Also, when you destroy one of the turrests the other goes into berserker mode and deals so much more damage, it will just oneshot you even in your next try. So be sure to destroy both at the same time. (you will notice that Diesel can tank both with sakura in burst but if just one fire she is istant death) Final note, A2 is a very good unit for this fight and if you use Sakura+Ludmilla you kinda just wanna stay on the first spot, just focus the launcher and then just attack the other side and wipe the next launcher+take both the other 2 turrets low, then you can start to kill the set of turrets you are at. You have 30 second to skip phase 1 and you don't wanna risk to take launcher shots while sakura+ludmilla effects are out and you can gain more dps if you make the boss waste his time when you change spot, only to just again destroy everything (you already done that by stalling, launcher down and turrests next to down), next he will move again and regen. a set of turrets and launcher but if at that point you can deal the damage bf you face it again congrats, in the 30-33 seconds you skipped phase one. (with good dps you can even just ignore the other side and just attack the body afther the launcher to get at the next phase without moving from the first spot) The problems now starts in phase two, with ludmilla+sakura you have to hope that the other 3 dps are really strong or you will not be able to clear both qte and missiles, in this regard A2 can clear those while you just shot at the body (or in one swing later) I don't have Modernia, Scarlet or Bunny/Schoolgirls and i hate to i-frame so i really need to work hard without the chet code that's i frame and power comps lol (not only in train, in general) and by using this strat i can get at least at stage 8, as you, when you figured out what to do it's just a matter of dps (shit boss lol) For chatty: not much more to add, really, he is also the less problematic overall this mode is fun but bosses like train (unbalaced) and the cruel rng really gunned it down (i can't use a crystal on a unit i love bc if she don't really wanna ammo mag up and i get it...i f up that unit, i wanted to OL one time Helm bc i really like her and i got shafted, same with Dorothy (and here i needed to do it, she is strong and deserves the OL), i needed to spend additional crystal to get rid of it, very very bad and sad, also, lock lines cost being 2 is sub-human.)
Pro tip for Gravedigger, some shield characters (Poli is my example) can block the last stage of his attack once giving you a second chance. I’ve had a few runs where I was able to make it by shielding at the right time and then having everyone at low hp finish the fight.
Very useful, especially the bit at Modernia where you skip the cutscene at certain point, idk how it works like that but it increased my chances to get to at least level 7 significantly, thanks
I unlocked EX Interception a couple of days ago. The boss of the day was Chatterbox and I was able to clear him on my 1st try. I thought they'd all be around the same difficulty... boy was I wrong. Modernia slapped me the next day (only half-way clear) and today Alteisen was even worse! FML! 😭 I'll try out the tips in your guide next time!
I've finally gotten to the point where I can beat them all, honestly Blacksmith was the first one I beat, if anything it was the Train and Drill that always took me out before I could beat them, but nowadays even they don't pose THAT much of a challenge, granted, my usual team is Liter/Crown/Red Hood/Rapunzel/Smol White so I might be cheesing, LOL.
I got my first full clear of the train with nothing but pure DPS. At the start I grabbed my Modernia and just blasted the missile turrets on the first pass. The first 30 seconds of the fight is hell but once you get the momentum and break the back half as long as you have 2 DPS you are golden.
train is a stat check boss, if you can break the top guns before it fires it's one of the easiest boss, if not it's the hardest interception. grave digger on the other hand is always going to be a pain in the a. one thing I found helps a lot since it doesn't attack you at all if you don't f up the rings, you don't need to bring healer. just build max damage.
I thought modernia is the worst boss possible and only ever got till the 2nd checkpoint. Watched this video for 5 minutes and beat all checkpoints, i will never try something on my own again, tyvm.
I haven't unlocked SI yet, but Gravedigger interception I actually cleared because of healing. I use Pepper as B1, due to having shotgun and good damage even, but in last phase, wait for boss to do 1 or 2 ticks of damage, then activate burst and the Pepper heal will leave everyone alive with some hp, this is what led me to finally clearing it, I didn't have enough dps to clear every round of circles, but if I let one of them through in phase 3 then heal it up as the damage ticks, I now got enough damage to reach the finish.
I unlocked Special Interception on the day Modernia was the boss and I beat her without any problems what so ever. Next day (today as of writing this) it's the train, and I can't even get past 4 in the health bar. It's pretty silly how big the gap is between these bosses.
Bro I feel your pain. Easily the worst boss of them all. I'm implementing the Noise strat that OP mentioned (@15:39) for the train's missiles, and it works...! Until the last two shots. Either the turrets that are just barely alive one shot my Noise, or the last two missiles are fired just slow enough to hit Noise right as the I-frames end. Infuriating.
Jackal for SI Alteisen works. The team share damage can spread out the turret damage among three nikkes. The rng factor is the Turrets targeting one of two the nikkes that are not covered by jackals team share. Only thing you need to do is heavy dps the missile launchers and you'll breeze through the rest of the fight.
A trick I accidently found while fighting chatterbox with centi. If you level centi's skill 1 to lvl 7 with bastion cube lvl 2, she will have near perfect uptime with chatterbox's slam attack, causing her to negate all damage from said slam attack. It may be different for others account but hope this helps.
A trick I accidentally found while fighting Chatterbox with Red Hood (yeah, I know) on 30 FPS. With her skills set to 7/7/7 and enough HP, RH can tank Chatterbox's initial slam attack, but she'll be barely hanging in there. However, if she self-Bursts just before CBox follows up with the missile spam, RH can leech all of her life and do some substantial damage to one of his missile launchers. The trick is to have enough time on the Full Burst to take out the interruption circles that will be coming out a few seconds later.
12:48 My team of Liter, Blanc, Noir, SAnis, Scarlet, CAN take a phase 3 drilling attack from full hp and cover (which is usually where I'm at since the previous phases are super easy to interrupt), thanks to Blanc's shield, albeit not by much. That said, I usually have no problem breaking the rings (I stay on Scarlet), even in phase 3 when there are 3 of them. As for the train, after failing so many times with advised comps, I found the most working strategy being Sakura+Ludmilla as a burst 1 tank core, then Scarlet (main DPS), Blanc and Noir. Sakura's 1st burst and S1 use makes her 95% resistant to wind damage (85% from S1, 10% from elemental advantage), pretty much nullifying the first green beam barrage from the train. Ludmilla taunts the second and gets low on HP with no cover, but thanks to the bunnies she doesn't die but stays at around 20% HP. After that my DPS is high enough to break bar 7 and trigger phase 2, at that point nobody takes damage anymore (I tried and the team CAN take one train slam, just one tho) and heals back to full. Notably, in the final damage log, Sakura shows 0 damage taken total, absolute madlass.
Elemental damage works like this: There are 5 elemental codes, and they are Wind > Iron > Electric > Water > Fire (fire deals additional damage to wind), and the element at the advantage can deal 10% additional damage. For example, Water code Nikkes can deal 10% additional damage to Fire code enemies, Wind code deals more damage to Iron code etc. And yes, if you try to fight a Iron code enemy using Electric code Nikkes, the enemy will deal more damage to your team. Hope this helps.
I use 2B + Dorothy for all of the special interceptions. And my tip for train is manual Scarlet's auto attacks on the missle launchers in teh beginning. Then when she reloads, switch to your second DPS, in my case 2B, and continue targeting the missle launchers... then when Scarlet is done reloading resume to manual her auto attacks. Doing it this way my team has just enough damage to destroy both missle luanchers before they even fire one shot. Looking at your guide makes me think that the main strategic differences between our teams is that you actually try to tank the enemy, when I just try to shoot it harder.
Modernia: At higher levels I don't destroy either wing, and only shoot down 2-4 of the bombs before I just manual target the center mass, Rapunzel is enough healing to recover the bombs damage if face tanking, also nikke modernia (while the dps is lower in burst) makes for EZ mode to clear bombs with a quick swipe over the screen, anything you didn't get usually dies when cross over the mid section of the screen where you aim anyways. MY team: Liter (buff) Centi (% def down), Modernia manually (DPS), Scarlet (DPS), Rapunzel (Heal). Blacksmith: If you aren't shooting bombs, shoot the core, the damage is doubled for everyone when they get a core hit. Manual a unit that is harder to hit the core with (I use scarlet), because there will be alot of damage numbers and nailing the core can be hard if you use someone like modernia and they always get core hit splashes. MY team: Liter (buff) Centi (% def down), Modernia (DPS), Scarlet manually (DPS), Rapunzel (Heal). Chatterbox: Follow the guide, don't destroy the core. MY team: Liter (buff) Centi (% def down), Modernia manually (DPS), Scarlet (DPS), Rapunzel (Heal). Grave Digger: The missiles stun, so make sure to shoot them out if they don't get killed accidentally when not shooting rings. I manual Scarlet/modernia so my aim point is a little more accurate than a wide circle. Hit rate on shotguns matters in this fight as the default hit circle is a bit wider than the whole boss, so some pellets might go wide. MY team: Liter (buff), Viper (def debuff), Scarlet Manual (DPS/Aim), Suger (DPS), Drake (DPS). I still occasionally fail, due to my reloads, aim, or poor pellet distribution. less and less as my units get more power. Thomas the Dank Engine: I aim for the missile launcher at the back as long as I can during the inital sweep over the train. When it goes off screen, I aim for the Front turrets (IF you have the wide aspect ratio on PC you can still see them when the train is fully dropped back and get an easy turret kill), soon as the rear missile launcher comes back into view I start shooting it until dead, then focus on turrets. usually because of the wide aspect ratio I have the front turrets and launcher weak from the inital pass, so killing them is possible for me before I even fully sweep over to them, prompting the big turret cancel ring, and then I'm usually onto the final 3 HP bars before the turrets regen. Final section is just focusing on the rings primary and the missiles secondary. MY team: Liter (buff) Centi (% def down), Modernia manually (DPS), Scarlet (DPS), Rapunzel (Heal/Rez). Worst case, I don't kill the 2nd turret in the back, and Rapunzel gives me the rez to keep going and recover.
I watched this video a few months ago, I think I was in Chapter 10, 11 or 12. Now, I'm here, watching it again, because I literally just completed Chapter 16 and unlocked Special Interception. I haven't even tried it once yet, I'm just too scared to face those bosses. This is gonna be very helpful, but I don't think it'll be of much use for me right now, cause I'm still way too low leveled to do much damage.
Good video; A weird comp for train that I've been using for ages: Liter, Makima, D, Scarlett, Modernia. Dorothy does higher damage than liter, but liter's attack buff outshines the damage you can do in a short window (and teams with liter generally end up doing more damage overall unless there's water weakness). D let's you kill off pretty much everything on the train *before* missiles are even fired.
Regarding Boss Modernia, Shift Up has now patched out the need to Skip the Cutscene once you see her face to focus the core to start the battle (As of the Privaty Maid/Crystal Chamber update). Edit: you can still skip at Modernia's face and the focus of the core still works.
this guide was very helpfull helping getting more higher gear faster, and i finally kill all the inter boss except one "Modernia" because my teammate is always trying to destroy all the wing, i have so many retry this boss because everytime i got one more stack they always keep focusing on that final Wing, when it destroy, modernia instantly enter second phase i my DPS instantly get kill, so anyone know how to make the teammate do not shot the final wing or any suggestion.
What about Noah and Biscuit combo? Thats what I use! Biscuit let's Noah tank way more then she should before she bites the dust! I also use Dorothy, Moderna, Scarlet with those two
A2 is really good for train too because she deal extra dmg for parts. As long as you have leveled T9 gear you should be able to destroy the turret in time
For Alteisen, just bring Sakura and Ludmila then bring all the heavy hitter you can. In the first burst you will take zero damage, from the train due to Sakura and Ludmilla burst. You just need to focus on breaking all the part and reach stage two between burst 1 - 2. Easy train.
Wow I didn't know Ludmilla and Sakura can do wonders against Alteisen (train). I still don't understand when to taunt and the way some units work great together, this is something new.
For Chatterbox, if you destroyed it core armor it will do super charge like 10:33, dont push cover mode or your team will be annihilated. You can manually use invincibilty skill by Noah to reduce it to 0, but if your DPS damage are enough just carefull with Chater or digger check burst. Snow white can cheese push phase to 7 but you need luck or whale to gear or limit break her, lol.
Do you know if shielding works against Chatterbox's super slam? Like if I kill core and then burst with Tia would it get absorbed completely since shield damage don't overflow into hp or is it multi hits and goes through anyway?
Fun fact: I don't have guilty because there haven't been enough days since I unlocked the elevator for me to clear her rehabilitation without spending gems.
From my experience. Grave Digger I take the hint and bring sniper dps's red hood and alice get rid of one cancel ring per shot it's effective and quick. For blacksmith Biscuit was invaluable at the start ( my first few runs) she recovers destroyed cover so I let my cover die and get repaired to not die it's not always going to work as he can aim for someone twice but it helped and someone with AOE like harran for booms.
Train is the biggest pain in the ass. Before i had red hood i usually reached tier 3 in the DPS check but now im getting tier 7 and with Dorothy in my team now i think i can get somewhere
I was this close to buying a pack that had that T9 item in it, but needed to look it up to see if it was worth it. Glad I did, didn't realize you needed 200 of that item to get a random T9 piece, I thought you were getting 200 pieces lol
I managed to fully clear modernia, two days ago. No t9m dropped which it sad but it means I can get a chance every week when I clear modernia. The other bosses I can’t fully clear. Chatterbox can almost fully clear just not enough dps I think. Blacksmith can’t break the turret nor have a taunt character. Grave digger I can’t keep up with the rings and the train can’t kill the turret, these bosses I can only clear stage 3. But hopefully I can get characters or know extra tips maybe I can get a better stage clear.
Strange, I'm only missing the Grave Digger now. IIRC, I've beaten, in this order: Chatterbox > Blacksmith, Modernia > Alteisen. And the stupid Grave Digger I just can't beat.
Like you said SI was when I started paying attention to team comps and strategy for this game. Still working on gear and comp for Train but I can beat all the other bosses now and have started overloading gear.
I just slapped the fuck outta chatterbox. I used Alice, Liter, Crown, Pepper and Ein. Thanks for the tip on not destroying his core, and ab his slam attack.
Huh, I never knew about the Modernia trick. I just thought she was OP as hell, and that my defenses were garbage. Turns out I did the opposite of what the game expected from me, but I thought I should leave the core alone due to Chatterbox going apeshit over it. Good to know, and thanks for the guide!
Note about gravedigger's attack and triple cancel rings
- If you failed the cancel with the ring on the BOTTOM, you can still use the barricade to block the attack.
- if you failed the cancel with the ring on TOP, that is an unblockable attack (the lightning goes over the barricade). Hope that helps.
So always take out the top ones first? Got it.
He's the worst boss ever.
that modernia face skip animation is all that I need. that's the first time I know about that. now she stepped down from my most annoying bosses to the easiest.
Started Nikke recently and I am really appreciating this bootcamp series to learn the basics of the game. Thanks for making all these guides.
Good luck shikicum

This is just what i needed, i'm 3 months in the game and all i can defeat are Chatterbox & Modernia (also occasional Blacksmith).
Luckily, i just got Noise last week and immediately start building her, so i guess now is the perfect time to test her out.
I hate it when the weekend full burst day is on Alteisen, just like this weekend
I used to too. Get either the bunnies or school girls. That helped me
Thanks for the tips. I was able to beat Modernia thanks to your guide.
It truly works, thanks bro😆
I went from level 4 to clear level 9
It’s just as you said, modernia is easy then the other bosses 😆
My 4 cent, hope it helps someone (i am gonna say things not mention or fully mentioned in the video)
For Blacksmith: Prob at the start you will need a AoE burst to deal with the bombs if you don't like i-frame (i hate it) but when your dps is decent you can just take those down with regular shots in burst, a unit i wanna mention here is Drake, her burst can destroy all the bombs and deal damage at the same time, you just need to time it right, i was using this alot at the start (using a burst AoE will also help you to cut wasted time, when you don't have the dps you can spend several seconds to just attacking theme), second unit i wanna mention is Harran, she will help you both with the bombs and with energy generation, for starter can be nice (she was my pair with Drake to kill those every rotation). (also Privity+Marciana it's really good) A core like Dorothy, Marciana,Privity, S.Anis+flex seems really a nice and full of sinergy comp (esp. if your s. anis has not the lv9 burst), if rng shots smiles to you just Marciana+Privity can heal you well
For Modernia, note your dps positions, if you put all of theme on one side they will all focus one wing at the time, at the start when you lack dps you really want this bc killing one faster can help you survive but later you can destroy both bf she is dead, you prob will need to change dps positions in reagard of what level of dps you have bf just reaching the point where you just kill her with ease
For Gravedigger: A unit i want to mention is Poli, she can be your second burst II with Guilty and her long atk% buff + the shield can be really really comfy to deal with the missiles (you just need to shot 1 down and the other will just bash on the shield, if you poli is invested you can even tank both) it's not a key to this fight, it's just a comfy pick if you really hate to deal with those (like me). If you miss S.Anis Sugar will be your best friend, Noir (even alone) is also a unit that can help so much in this fight bc of her damage to interruption parts+recharge magazine
Train: For what i know, the turrets just glich out, this is why they miss but i really don't wanna try and try again until i get good rng. (you will notice that Diesel can tank both with sakura in burst but if just one fire she is istant death)
Final note, A2 is a very good unit for this fight and if you use Sakura+Ludmilla you kinda just wanna stay on the first spot, just focus the launcher and then just attack the other side and wipe the next launcher+take both the other 2 turrets low, then you can start to kill the set of turrets you are at. (with good dps you can even just ignore the other side and just attack the body afther the launcher to get at the next phase without moving from the first spot)
The problems now starts in phase two, with ludmilla+sakura you have to hope that the other 3 dps are really strong or you will not be able to clear both qte and missiles, in this regard A2 can clear those while you just shot at the body (or in one swing later)
I don't have Modernia, Scarlet or Bunny/Schoolgirls and i hate to i-frame so i really need to work hard without the chet code that's i frame and power comps lol (not only in train, in general) and by using this strat i can get at least at stage 8, as you, when you figured out what to do it's just a matter of dps (shit boss lol)
For chatty: not much more to add, really, he is also the less problematic
overall this mode is fun but bosses like train (unbalaced) and the cruel rng really gunned it down (i can't use a crystal on a unit i love bc if she don't really wanna ammo mag up and i get it...i f up that unit, i wanted to OL one time Helm bc i really like her and i got shafted, same with Dorothy (and here i needed to do it, she is strong and deserves the OL), i needed to spend additional crystal to get rid of it, very very bad and sad, also, lock lines cost being 2 is sub-human.)
Finally beat chatterbox special yesterday, this will definitely help with the others
W guidelines keep it up giga chad legendary commander
Awesome video. For me, Laplace is my designated SI beater.
How could you know what I exactly want 😂 I thought that maybe I should search some videos about the bosses and then I found this, it’s so useful 😊
was able to brute force the train with red hood on my 6th day of the game, thank you for the guide
Sheesh! this guide takes me all the way to Phase Gauge 9 Only in Modernia though but it really help me a lot I mean a lot.
I needed this guide so bad thank you lord
that was actually super useful. Thanks!! :D
FML! 😭
I'll try out the tips in your guide next time!
I've finally gotten to the point where I can beat them all, honestly Blacksmith was the first one I beat, if anything it was the Train and Drill that always took me out before I could beat them, but nowadays even they don't pose THAT much of a challenge, granted, my usual team is Liter/Crown/Red Hood/Rapunzel/Smol White so I might be cheesing, LOL.
this guide help me alot about train...till i watch this vid i think train boss is about defence and cover...thanks pseychie
You can also close the App mid fight and try again without losing a try. If you need to change team or smth
I got my first full clear of the train with nothing but pure DPS. At the start I grabbed my Modernia and just blasted the missile turrets on the first pass. The first 30 seconds of the fight is hell but once you get the momentum and break the back half as long as you have 2 DPS you are golden.
Thank you for this guides!
train is a stat check boss, if you can break the top guns before it fires it's one of the easiest boss, if not it's the hardest interception.
grave digger on the other hand is always going to be a pain in the a. one thing I found helps a lot since it doesn't attack you at all if you don't f up the rings, you don't need to bring healer. just build max damage.
Finally cleared ch 16 in under a month. Now the guide is relevant to me honestly I'm probably not prepared for the ass whooping I'm about to receive.
For Modernia with Elegg+Alice you can destroy the core before she has a chance to do the laser even once which makes the fight significantly easier.
Love your guidance ❤
Thanks this guide was perfect for where I am in the game
@@Jabari98 I tried doing the Noise thing but it didn't work for me at all. Not sure if I did it incorrectly.
The trick is to have enough time on the Full Burst to take out the interruption circles that will be coming out a few seconds later.
thankyou this so helping for new player like me on bossing.
Good points! I didn’t think of this as I’m still blanc-less 🥲
I see you are a Ryu Ga Gotoku OST enjoyer and I respect that
How does element damage work? Like do Nikkes also take extra damage or is it only against enemies?
Elemental damage works like this:
There are 5 elemental codes, and they are
Wind > Iron > Electric > Water > Fire (fire deals additional damage to wind), and the element at the advantage can deal 10% additional damage.
Thanks man, you helped me a lot!!!
i appreciate tomas the tankin dankin as the worst Si boss sense it one shots u with any attack
i've been trying to do blacksmith but his turret shots kill my noise from full hp. Am i doing something wrong?
I watched this video a few months ago, I think I was in Chapter 10, 11 or 12. Now, I'm here, watching it again, because I literally just completed Chapter 16 and unlocked Special Interception. I haven't even tried it once yet, I'm just too scared to face those bosses. This is gonna be very helpful, but I don't think it'll be of much use for me right now, cause I'm still way too low leveled to do much damage.
Good video;
A weird comp for train that I've been using for ages: Liter, Makima, D, Scarlett, Modernia. Dorothy does higher damage than liter, but liter's attack buff outshines the damage you can do in a short window (and teams with liter generally end up doing more damage overall unless there's water weakness). D let's you kill off pretty much everything on the train *before* missiles are even fired.
With Alteisen, the only automatic wipe is in its first phase with the laser. With the second phase, you have a second chance.
Loved the Modernia tips. If only my healer wasn’t so determined to get her last wing down. 😭
What about Noah and Biscuit combo? Thats what I use! Biscuit let's Noah tank way more then she should before she bites the dust! I also use Dorothy, Moderna, Scarlet with those two
This combo is a hidden gem! Thank you for helping me clear special interception for the first time🫡
A2 is really good for train too because she deal extra dmg for parts. As long as you have leveled T9 gear you should be able to destroy the turret in time
Struggled against the train until I got A2. Now it's easy
Like if I kill core and then burst with Tia would it get absorbed completely since shield damage don't overflow into hp or is it multi hits and goes through anyway?
thank you for making this video
Fun fact: I don't have guilty because there haven't been enough days since I unlocked the elevator for me to clear her rehabilitation without spending gems.
would love to see a PVP guide at some point ♥
He he my Rapunzel heals all to max without dodging almost every attack 😎
Glad I did, didn't realize you needed 200 of that item to get a random T9 piece, I thought you were getting 200 pieces lol
this information is very useful thanks bor
I managed to fully clear modernia, two days ago. No t9m dropped which it sad but it means I can get a chance every week when I clear modernia. The other bosses I can’t fully clear. Chatterbox can almost fully clear just not enough dps I think. Blacksmith can’t break the turret nor have a taunt character. Grave digger I can’t keep up with the rings and the train can’t kill the turret, these bosses I can only clear stage 3. But hopefully I can get characters or know extra tips maybe I can get a better stage clear.
thank you bro alstein and modernia is realy pain in the ass for me
Strange, I'm only missing the Grave Digger now.
As and autoplay onehanded player finally got overload gear ty xd
I just slapped the fuck outta chatterbox. I used Alice, Liter, Crown, Pepper and Ein. Thanks for the tip on not destroying his core, and ab his slam attack.
Huh, I never knew about the Modernia trick. I just thought she was OP as hell, and that my defenses were garbage. Turns out I did the opposite of what the game expected from me, but I thought I should leave the core alone due to Chatterbox going apeshit over it. Good to know, and thanks for the guide!
My team that beats every boss with ease , Dorotry,Blanc,Red Hood,Modernia,Noir
