Hello. Thanks a lot. Do you think it s possible to make a clear acrylic color as transparent as Tamiya s paint? I d like to create a water blue green clear and apply it on metal with is as brillant as a mirror. The objective is to keep the mirror aspect even with the paint on. I hope my poor English is understandible ( I don't use the machin)
I don’t often work with acrylic paint (usually with metals) but I recently wandered into this realm for a craft project. I’m clueless, so your tip is very helpful to me. Thanks! (BTW I wonder why you don’t have an affiliate link in the description for the Liquitex Glazing Medium. I would have purchased it thru you as a token of appreciation.)
Well... I am going to paint some abstracts & big, giant flowers. Thanks a million. I really want to work with see-through paint for a while, because you can see what's underneath! Bye.
I need to paint transparent color onto flat, clear plastic with no brush marks for large fairy wings! I can't find anything, or any way, to do this. Help? maybe?????????? Please??????
Great tip.
Once I move to acrylics, I will need to remember this for layering. Might be just what I need.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. This is exactly what I needed to know for my mural!
Love this tip! Thank you! :)
Oh boy. What’s a great tip ! Thanks for sharing. I’m really appreciate it
Love it's 2 minutes exact
This was brilliant, and to the point. Xx
Is there a matte finish version
Hi, I would like to make a matt version to get a whitewashed effect on ceramic items. Do you know if there's a matt version?
Tyfs.. I'm a budding mixed media artist so that's what I'll be doing with the tip. 👍😁

Does this work to color clear plastic?
Could this be easily removed from a window with a standard scraping blade?
Yes.
Can I use any kind of liquitex?
Can i use 2k clear over acrylic paint?
Liquitex high gloss varnish is a pretty decent clear coat if you do it properly. Minimum of 4 coats for a glass like finish.

Simplest way to do that would be to use an airbrush, if you have one available.
Great tip
Thanks Julio! What kind of art are you into?
@@nartist249 customs and dios my instagram page is jccacustomsandios if you want to check out some of my work.
a chrome surface or polish metal
a metal as bright as a mirror
So I thought of this before I started Googling. I need to make a green lens from clear plastic, this might just work...
Why not use the plastic from a sprite bottle, it's already green and clear.
Thank you...but had you been drinking ?....the video shook that much I felt giddy....🤭
If it weren't sped up out might not have felt so shaky.
OMG please use steady cam filming, that was awful to watch you paint.
