    Brilliant!! Exactly what I was hoping to see, great work finding these.
    I could take a long term lease in a house like that quite easily.
    If I was married to a Thai I would consider buying something similar to these.
    I have been checking online for the last year or so and what you have found is a great example of the newer homes in the budget end.

    You might consider UPDATING this video to let others know this area flooded duriing the most recent 2024 floods of Chiang Mai. Otherwise, this is an extremely well-shot video. Very professional presentation. Well done!

    We were going to buy a property there but not many amenities near by, you definitely need transport. Many new builds around that area but definitely quiet area

      Yeah true, transport would be essential, not sure how long you'd have to wait for a Grab from here.

    very good prices and around the same as we spent on our build, although we were able to get a bit more out of the money as we did not need to buy the land too.

      Yeah the land makes up a huge portion of the price up here, I'd say over 50% of that house just on the land.

    Really like these style of homes, price is good too 😜 Something I've thought about getting in a few years time (1 or 2 builds) and renting them out. Keep up the good work 💪

      You can get a long term lease, buy through a genuine company or use a usufruct. Few options you can use :)

    8 grand a month usd as rent? That's very difficult to believe. You can rent a 3 bedroom home in Orange county Cali for much cheaper. We are talking homes that range from 500k - 900k to own and are not in the middle of nowhere.
