Well, what you heard was/is wrong. The Misfits are the ones who invented Horrorpunk. Balzac started in 1992. Hirosuke would've had to be born in the early 1950's to be old enough to even try to start this band before Jerry Only and Glenn Danzig started The Misfits. Balzac timeline: 1992-present. The Misfits timeline: 1977-1983 (first incarnation) 1995-present (second incarnation). So, your sources are totally wrong. Not your fault.
