this 🌊 image is still, in that it's flowing, but its also still, in its flow, smooth, flowing - "Stillness ?" ☁...
"relinquishing resistance to all movement , , , the experience is utter stillness"
and there is still a nice flow here 💕

The moment you completely relinquish all resistance to ALL movement ... and the moment there is no pushing against any movement, the experience is utter stillness. ~Adyashanti

Aurelio Yuga Thank you. I love your videos. My mind sometimes requires the same essential message from different sources so you provide a great balance between Eckhart, Mooji etc.

That is beautiful, I will try to direct my witnessing to the question of what state of being is at play- instead my old program... Another tool to slip free of mind.

The best way is not difficult.
It only excludes picking and choosing.
Once you stop loving and hating,
    it will enlighten itself.

This has been repeated so many times by the great J krishnamurti of the yester years when he says " what is is the most sacred statement. Then the whole life becomes sacred "

It seems to me "like some rigid POLE" (0'57") and "like a POLE planted in the middle of a river" (3'11"), and maybe "budding up" from buddy up (3'39")
Thanks a lot for your great choices: it's very helpful to have a lot of different spiritual teachers and masters in one place, the Truth is one but the pointing fingers are infinite! ;)
    Thank you so much again!

When I relinquish resistance to all movement, it gets very scary

~we have no idea what any of "this" means~hence all is meaningless and that is the moment you are still~

There are terrible speakers, there are good speakers, then there are great speakers. Adya is most definitely the latter.

the lost non grasped word seems to be "pool". He's comparing our notion of stillness to a rigid and still pool that wants to remain so, even when a river is coming down "threatening" the stillness of it.

Pole. Like pylons of a wharf that stand against the tide to uphold the pier.
