Chinatown Restaurant Grand Opening On TV (Kent's Kitchen Reopens With New Owner) New Chinese Food

- Tatos Kitchen, formerly known as Kent's Kitchen, had a successful Grand Opening on June 18, 2023. Beautiful flowers were displayed in the restaurant. Local media was there as the owner, Hiedi Chen, was testing Chinese lettuce as a new item for customers to choose from. Chinese lettuce is also known as cetluce, celery lettuce and stem lettuce. The new dish introduce during Grand Opening was Chinese Lettuce With Beef Stir Fry.
Global News was there doing a news clip about the Tatos Kitchen's Grand Opening. As it turned out, I also appeared in their news story, which was broadcast later that night.
A mainstay of Vancouver's Chinatown, Kent's Kitchen closed its doors on Sunday, April 30, 2023. This popular restaurant has been serving huge portions of delicious Chinese food for over 40 years. They have an extensive selection of Chinese food served at value prices for the residents of Chinatown and beyond. I have been eating at this restaurant since the 1990's.
Kent's Kitchen in Vancouver, B.C.'s Chinatown has been closed for over 6 weeks. Today on June 18, 2023 it has reopened again under new ownership. Kent's Kitchen is now called Tatos Kitchen.
The restaurant has been upgraded and newly painted. The flooring has been replaced.
Tatos Kitchen will be serving similar food but better, according to the boss Heidi. The pricing for food items remains low price. The cost of 2 toppings on rice remains the same at $9.98.
The food tastes delicious and compares equal or better than the previous Kent's Kitchen. Tatos Kitchen made a good impression of the first day opening. If you like the food served by Kent's Kitchen, you will enjoy eating the food at the new Tatos Kitchen.
I did miss going to Kent's Kitchen after they close on April 30, 2023. I look forward to eating at the new Tatos Kitchen located at the same location in Chinatown. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

Are they charging more? How can they make money and afford to keep the new place open if rent increased?
Last time I was there, I did see they raised the 2 topping with rice order by 55 cents. I didn't pay attention to the other prices. Time will tell how they price their items. Thanks for checking out my video.
