10k baht for a true 1-bedroom condo in Pattaya with a decent view is a really good deal, especially if someone is establishing a homebase. Or if someone is on a limited budget of about $1k - 1.5k USD monthly. There is an overly competitive market right now in Pattaya, with more units being built which is driving rental prices down. For example, in 2016 I was paying 14k baht in Pattaya for a studio condo about 3km from the beach with a scrapy view.

There are a few big construction projects on the block surrounding Acqua. Be aware, noise may be an issue.

@4:22 Does anyone know the difference in the Blue & Green Reverse Osmosis water systems? I thought maybe one was for larger bottles since I saw 32 & 64. I thought perhaps those were ounces. I used Google Translate with my camera on the machines and I can't tell a difference in the Thai when it's translated on either machine.
