Can i ask a question on why the letters on in english and not greek if the coins were minted in greece or Rome? Really interested to find out
beautiful, in what solution did you soak the coin before cleaning ? that look oilded
Thanks! I only soak in distilled water - usually 2-14 days. It may have been previously oiled by a collector, who nows.
Where do you get your music from?
Great video. What tools do you use for cleaning?
Podrías poner subtítulos en español gracias.
Thanks! Great to see you work.
Would like more details on how you work.
Soaking in water? How long?
Useing needle?
Useing composite cleaning pencil?
Soaking in between?
Etc.
Thanks from Sweden 🇸🇪 for great videos.
👏👏🙏
Great suggestion! Each coin requires different approaches, so i tend not to get too detailed in each video. I'll try to expand on some of those things in the future.

So we have a ton of found coinage, do we have any of the original stamps and dies as well? I'm assuming they're more rare, but would be cool to see one of those.
Good question! Yes! Bur very few coin dies survived because the old/broken dies would be systematically meted down and recast to prevent counterfeiters using old dies. So it's VERY rare but you can google some examples. If i ever am lucky enough to get access to one i'd love to make a vid about it.
