Hi Derek, GL is a fantastic bike to ride and enjoy. I m restoring two of them: one will stay original, the other will be a Café racer style. If you want more content like this, please sustain the channel with your subscription. You subscription matters! I'm aiming to 1k, but it is hard.
Owner planned further modifications, probably changing tyres also. If you want more content like this, please sustain the channel with your subscription. You subscription matters! I'm aiming to 1k, but it is hard.
Hi Paul, following your comment, I went through the characterisics of a bobber and, at the end, I got lost..... This bike has a brat saddle and low clipon handlebars cafe racer style. I know that the owner next modification is to change the tyres with sport ones.. he is going towards a caferacer style...
The exhaust sounds great . Good job 👍
Glad you like it: It sounds quite loud. The owner is going to change the tyres and to plan some new modifications.
Very nice
I love it 😍
Excellent shooting 👍
grazie! gli incoraggiamenti sono sempre molto apprezzati.
Can you post details on tyres?
Absolutely beautiful. Great work. Great sound! And great camera work!

Any chance I can get a link or brand on the turn signal/taillights used?
Need to do about a 7000 rpm flyby.
Beautiful bike. What's the headlight off?
Hi vqfive, the owner bought the bike with the frontlight modified already: no info on the brand.Sorry
What's the part number on the exhaust. And what size is the headlight. In love with the build
Hi Rafael , thank you for watching. I'll ask the owner the info you need. Hope to get the answer soon. Glad you like the modifications !!!
We ever find answers for these questions? About to start a gl build of my own
So damn cool
Someone likes, someone hates. That's life, mate.

What's the seat and dose it fit oem?
What size are those tires

Awesome build brother. Might I ask what seat you have on there and did it require much fab from stock to finish? Thanks and take care!
Where did you buy the seat?
Hi Davy. Seat was custom made here in Belgium. Anyway one of the biggest seat-maker for cafe racer gl1000 is Texavina.com Do you know them?
Aver cuando la prestas
Love the bike, hate the tires and license plate

Excellent work. However it is a bobber not a cafe racer. You had to have been there to know the difference.

It's his money and much blood sweat and tears. No matter what you call it, it is fantastic.
It’s neither with nobby tires. It makes no sense
