So true ! I loved the unexpected bleep and black bar over her mouth....Very funny actually, I laughed out loud. A bit of GRIT moment 🦍 amidst the gentle, sweet, nurturing nature of Lisa is actually amusing. And I do like the "pea chop" moment. 🦍
I had to meet my ex of two years (he cheated on me), and I used this makeup, which is much more than I normally wear. I typically wear nothing, but he kept saying something about me looked different, and he went on and on about how or was glowing. He tried to say he'd made a mistake, but I just have him his stuff back and left. Definitely no regrets.
My fiancé just broke up with me yesterday on the phone. This is only my second relationship and it's heartbreaking. I haven't slept or ate at all. Watching your videos makes me feel better.
this is the first of Lisa's videos i ever watched, stumbled upon it in the recommended section. I didn't identify myself with it at the time but still, i fell in love with her personality, her charm, her style. Some months later, i was going through the worst break-up of my life, when it felt like i will never stop crying. During that time, i remembered all of what she said in this video, not so much about meeting the ex (cause i didn't do that), but about making yourself look proud and strong again. So the next day i took some extra time to put on a little bit of make-up and went out with friends. Felt so much better to see my face looking bright and normal when my self-esteem was so low. Don't think you'll see this, Lisa, but ever since the day i discovered you and especially during that hard time of my life, you inspired me to stay classy and lift my chin, so, thank you for that!!
Lisa Eldridge You are truly amazing i wish i had seen it about a year ago when i also had a horrible break up with a horribly unhonourable man because you just gave the most amazing therapy beauty video. I am totally blown away by you i have been watching your videos for so long and you are my perfect inspiration and so special for me thank you for making beauty industry so much more perfect! Lots of love to you and thank you again and have a happy new year!!
Lisa Eldridge hi I want that Actress are doing makeup light and skin color type makeup so natural I want this makeup tutorial please give this type makeup tutorial video please
Although this video is for heart break make-up, I have depression and I have used these tips many times to avoid unwanted attention and questions. Thank you Lisa x
Dear Lisa, I'm portuguese so sorry for my english. Your videos have something about a lost feeling - an old feeling - of a classical aura that portrays woman, no matter the moment she occupies in History. Your makeup protects the natural beauty of women. This video of yours, in particular, it's original and precious because it says precisely that. When i see your videos, it makes me think of an essay by Charles Baudelaire, "the painter of modern life", chapter "the praise of makeup" (i dont know the exact title in english), that i think points to that spirit of an era, that idea that "simplicity embellishes beauty". You represent all that and a lot more with your work and transparent kindness. Thank you so much for posting. Obrigada, Catarina
Constanza Muirin beautifully said and a big part of why i watch her make up tutorials is because she wants a woman's natural beauty to shine through the make up rather than an over painted doll, with too much foundation, highlighter and contour that other channels promote. Lisa is all about making you feel good about yourself rather than changing how you look.
I'm a life coach, who happens to love makeup. I just recently found you... and it's the first time I listen to someone combine the pleasure and joy of makeup with soothing emotional tips... The PMS one, the first date, the dinner date... You give SO MUCH MORE than a make up tutorial. I really appreciate it. This is what I call VALUE. You just became my most recommendable makeup artists; all the clients that come to me to relieve their pain and sorrow will have my tools but will have your tools too. Thank you very much for pouring out your heart with such generosity.
Just be your gorgeous self... do a really good version of your typical make-up .... something you really like and that represents the essence of you! I hope it works out ... let us know! X
This is a really nice video. Not only for the recently heartbroken women, but for every woman who has a hard period and she needs to look and feel stronger. And nice term "Make up therapy"
I've watched this video so many times. There were never any breakups to weather, or exes to show up between the time I found this video and now, but every time I watch it, I feel soothed like I've had a really connecting chat with some friends about experiences we've all shared. I often put it on before bed and listen to Lisa's calming voice, very thankful that she exists and also that I don't need these tips at this time. Whenever I watch it now, I wonder how her friend fared and can't help but smile at the idea that even though it started with a shit boyfriend it ended with a beacon of female bonding and understanding.
Believe this or not, it's an important video, on how to make up during times of grief, not just seeing the ex. This information is just as important for getting through a time where you want to be somewhat put together say, during a wake or funeral of a loved one, and during the days right afterwards, when tears are near the surface! I remember when my parents died, you don't want to look awful, but most folks don't expect you to look put together.
I'm watching this video 3 yrs after a very bad breakup and I started getting a little misty eyed because it really hurt and I wish I hadn't forgotten to take care of myself and look my best. She's so right about makeup therapy because it's nice to invest in yourself and feel good about yourself. Doing your makeup isn't for them, it's for you. I haven't met anyone just yet but I've definitely learned to see the value in taking care of me and doing things to make me feel good in my own skin. Thanks for such a lovely video!
could listen n watch your videos all day. you're really like the big sister I wish I always had! thank you for your being such a kind, gentle, and helpful person
I know that this is ment for breakup makeup, and heaven knows we've all needed it, I have mutiple sclerosis and this tutorial is amazing for for anyone struggling with being ill and still wanting to feel beautiful
there is something about your personality that is so genuine. the way you talk making you seems like everyone girlfriend. aside from the great tutorial, you also manage to make your followers feel close to you. thumbs up!
I remember being 13 and watching Lisa's videos. I'm glad I learned my tips from her and not from so-called gurus who suffocate their skin in full coverage foundation. I'm currently 21 and in graduate school and find myself coming back to lisa's videos which are honestly the original asmr ;)
wow. can lisa understand a girl's feelings this much? I loved the makeup, but I loved the pep talk even more. made me feel much better. Thank you, Lisa x
Not sure why I watched this since I've been very happily single for over 2 years. I've recently discovered this chanel and like another person mentioned ... her voice is very soothing. Also comes off very endearing and sincere. Refreshing - Thank you.
My suggestions are to wrap a few cubes of ice with a towel and press them onto your face. Works no matter how puffy I am. Also a good 20 minute intense cardio gets the blood going and makes your face look a lot less puffy and drained!
I had my last breakup 15 years ago. I am now for 13 years happy married but watching this for fun now, I have a slight flashback about the pain I had...
The worst thing you can do is see your ex. I saw my ex last week during the Valentine's Day weekend. I had to worry about the tears after I saw him when I realized he didn't change and he only got worse.
Loved that last shot of before and after look! and here you don't just look beautiful but confident, comfortable and really just yourself... here just your chat to yourself loaded me again with self-confidence and self-love (not arrogance) that I needed, though I am not seeing him again, thank you so much! Enjoyed much. Love,
So sweet of you, Lisa, to think of a "makeup therapy" for women in break-up crisis. Like you said, we can be self-defeating when it comes to bad breakups. This video really moved me, because it's so kind of you to talk about women problems, from your point of view: your TH-cam channel actually is more appropriate than you think, because you can show or hide so much of your character just doing your makeup right. I find you're one of the brightest women that I know. Lots of love, Giulia. x
its so so great of you to be so so considerate and sensitive all the time or in general as well. It's a treat to hear you or listen to you . Awesome stress buster .. you are so mindful of everything in every video of yours ...
My girlfriend of almost six months broke up with me yesterday I miss her so so much,,I still love her but I understand why she had t do it. This has helped me a lot thankyou Lisa xx
Personally, I always try to make an extra special effort if I have to see my ex, we've recently broken up after 8 years because he treated me badly and to me, looking good shows that I m okay without him, that I'm not sat at home crying over him because he'd get a kick out of that and I'm not giving him the satisfaction. I'm not saying that I doll myself up to the nines but I darned well make sure he can see what he's missing, i appreciate the bit about the jeans and the nice bottom, he always loved mine, apparently it is pretty nice so now I go with the 'if you've got it, flaunt it' mantra 😊
Every time I visit your chanel you always let off such calm vibes, even when talking about an upsetting thing like this. Youre such a lovely person and it's so relaxing watching your videos
you're amazing. actually inspiring. I was sitting at home trying to make what have become full blown malar bags after crying for 4 months & trying to decide if I should go to an event where I might run into him. I had basically decided not to go, after all, how do you hide malar bags? he won't know that's what they are, but it'll equal crying to him. After watching this, I think I'm going! if I can get ready in time still! will you make an update version of this with current products? I think this video is far more important than you thought it was. You just inspired me to leave the house for the first time in months. ah! it's making me cry as I write this! thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, my sincerest thank you,! you're an Angel from heaven. luv luv luv you/your channel. Thx again!
I think you are just amazing... growing up as a gay boy in the 90s and 2000s I obviously knew who you were and loved your work but getting to see you talk in person is another level. You are elegant and gorgeous and I really want to take a moment to say thank you!! Cheers
ishamaini1 I feel you. I briefly dated a guy who clicked with me so well and I totally fell for him. Then, he started being distant. I was so hurt. Never felt like that before. I was crushed.
Thank you for putting so much understanding and support into this tutorial. It was a great look, but also the little boosts from Lisa, said in such a classy, keep your head up kind of way, is just so nice. Thank you for sharing this story with us!
You are certainly a highly talented makeup artist, but even if you weren't, I'd watch your videos just listen to the soothing and lovely way you speak! Also, how in the world could I ever get you to do my makeup?? One more also--could you possibly post a bridal look specifically for women with small and/or hooded eyes?
Hola Lisa! I just love this makeup therapy video. It reminds the uniqueness of women friendship; you showso much loyalty, empathy, wisdom and much tact to adress a complex subjetct. It reminds also that makeup is a powerful weapon to put forth the best and strongest of ourselves, just in those moments when we need the most. It's like a statement, it's as if your own face, your own skin told you "You can do this!". And a last thing: that little intervene of Peachop was a beautiful unplanned detail! That's the love of our little ones, they HAVE to be where we are always! Regards from the south of Chile!
I'm so glad for this video! I'm not meeting with an ex, my dog died this morning and I have a dinner at home with my husband's boss, wife and kids and a full day event tomorrow and I'm barely keeping it together, I have to cook a massive Italian dinner but I just want to sit and cry, so I gave myself an hour to do just that only to find out latter my face is a mess and I have this social event coming, ! Thank you Lisa this not only helps with the makeup but it just made me feel better . XO
You know, even though I don't use any make up at all this is the best how to get over a break up video ever. Because you have really wise advice on what you do and what you do not want. I find it really helpful thank you so much! I'm still not over the last guy, it has been over a year now. :(
For someone who just got dumped a few days ago (not on bad terms, just wasn't working out, still not fun) having stumbled upon this video after the past few days of crying in bed, this has had to be the most therapeutic thing I've seen/heard. Just wanted to say thank you.
This tutorial is coming to aid in a slightly different context for me today! I am going to a housewarming of a friend, and so will many estranged people from my High School! I haven't seen them in a very long time (on purpose) but know that I have to be at my most fierce today. While the crying and redness don't really apply, I am definitely stressed about it.
I love the fact that you zoom in on your face when you do your tutorials. A lot of videos are done from a distance, and you never really see the intricate bits of how to do things, or how they look. Love your channel Lisa :-D xx
I love your videos because you come across as not only a highly-talented professional, but also a genuine person! A pleasure to watch. I think these tips are great for any time that you are really stressed, break up or not. Thanks again!
I don't have a boyfriend or an EX, But I really enjoyed watching you Lisa. Sometimes life itself is hard for us to face. You motivate me to be strong and face it :) . I wish I had a friend like you in this journey of life :) Bless u . Greeting from Iraq :)
Best of luck to all ladies going thru this...remember we've all been there. This is also a great look for when you're just tired...like when you have babies/newborns,etc.
Oh, that was so sweet of you to do a video like this. I had a lump in my throat at the end - but felt comforted and supported at the same time. Lovely idea. Well done!
I love all your videos, Lisa, but I think this may be my favorite. this is more than makeup... You've touched the hearts of every girl who ever had a bad breakup. Thanks for this.
Lisa as usual you are gorgeous beyond words. I hope your husband realizes how freakin beautiful you are and intelligent to boot. Thank you for this tutorial. I had a photo shoot yrs ago, and found out the same day that my best friend had passed away. I started to cancel the shoot since I had been balling all day but my other friend convinced me not to. She did everything she could to cheer me up and miraculously the pics came out flawless. Miracles do happen and makeup is a life saver lol.
Thank you, Lisa. For your sincerity and solidarity and your make-up. I already had come up with ideas of how I wanted to do my make-up, but watching this video was like a warm salve for all those heart wounds. You're there for me, with me, through this all - me and all of us too. Thank you.
Nailed it. I'm glad my girlfriends and I are not the only ones paying attention to these little details. Hope the meeting with the Ex went well for your friend and that she's in a happy relationship by now.
I totally love this look and 100% agree that alot of women could benefit from this..but at the same time its terrible that us women put this much thought into it really!
Why? that just means that we are actually able to see how much we care. Why is the world so afraid of caring?, why being the cool guy/girl means the one that doesn't care?. You're giving yourself permission to care about your feelings, about how you want to be seen, what you want to express...that's not a terrible thing, I think it just makes you an honest to goodest human being.
Of course it's not bad to care..I'm simply saying it's a little sad how much effort we put in to impress someone even after they hurt us and the fact that when we see our ex for example we are mainly focused on appearance...
Yas J yeah but when we put on makeup we don't really look in the mirror and say "I look amazing!" just for the sake of the other person, to see that others can see how good we look give us the energy to carry on...it may seem that we focus just on the outside BUT that is no it, there is a lot more involve in the process. We're giving ourselves the power of feeling great, the tools to be strong, the time to think about how important we are and we usually do so after hours of thinking WTH we're going to say. It's a different situation when we put on makeup because the guy likes it and not because we feel like it.
I am not sure if you will see this Lisa but I had to comment here. I have always watched a few of your videos here and there and liked them. Never thought much about it. But recently I happened to see your video where you were walking a lady through makeup looks for work and another one with 2 wedding looks .I have to say I was blown away. I loved the relaxed conversational style and great tips but more importantly your kindness and wonderful personality that came through. Today I happened to stumble upon your much older videos and had to do a double take because they all look like they were shot in the past week. Neither you nor your videos seem to age! Sorry for this really long comment but wanted to say thanks and look forward to many more of your wonderful videos.
If the guy had been that much of a cad, frankly, I would not even waste the time on giving him a last "hearing" or talk. You find out later on in life, that you've wasted time on those who haven't been worth it! You will find out that if it is over, it SHOULD be over, and then, why waste your time and energy giving it to someone who need not have it? As Lisa said in the end, you can find the love of your life just around the corner. Or he may even be a friend or acquaintance, just waiting for you to "be free". (since obviously HE is not a cad!)
I absolutely agree with you, but sometimes there are reasons that are fairly important. (Story (summary), not necessary to read if you don't want.) A friend of mine was living with her boyfriend, they broke up, she moved out, but he was never around to let her in to pick up some of her stuff. When she finally came to me she was on the verge of breaking a window - I kid you not, 7 months after they broke up and she still couldn't get some of her stuff and it was important things, not objects she could live without. We had a similar conversation, letting everything out and coming up with a plan of action, got her all ready, we decided she should walk to the meet rather than drive to show casual control and confidence and because she's a bit of a harsh breaker when she's emotional lol Plan A was to obviously get him to let her in right then and there, none of that "oh I'll call you when I get home" shit which he lied about so many times. Plan B was to steal the key. She sent me a text when they got to the house, he let her in, she got her stuff and sent me a quick text for me to send over a new guy friend to help her with her stuff intentionally, hoping the ex would get jealous. She was brilliant, the whole thing went off without a hitch and we later learned the ex was under the impression she wasn't going with him to reclaim her things but going home with him to have a rebound one night stand. I'm under the belief that not every guy is a winner, but you've got to get through some losers to figure out your personal definition of what a winner is. But that guy...as dumb as they come, total idiot, not a nice guy to begin with but I knew my "I TOLD YOU SO!" wouldn't make things any better lol he wasn't worth one millisecond of her time, but she had some very special things she wanted back and it was the only way to get them. I'm sending her this video lol its not a story her kids will never know.
Many reasons, some a little petty lol like revenge and spite, jealousy, or maybe necessary if you have to get your stuff back or have to work with him or deal with him in the future eg. co-workers or sharing the same business relations. Either you're very down to earth or have been lucky or wise enough not to get involved with guys like that, I commend and envy you lol
I remember Lisa responding to a similar statement when this first came out and she explained that while her friend knew it was best to never see him again, it simply isn't possible for everyone due to shared assets, pets, children etc. Not everyone has the luxury of just packing up and leaving a mean ex behind.. This is why she made the video, to help women who have to be in this horrible situation of formalities put their best foot forward and feel beautiful :)
elena linx The person above you answered your question, it's a matter of reading before you type. Also, Lisa Eldridge answered in her video, it's a matter of watching, educating yourself before you type, but then again, I could be equally wasting my time on this response to you. It's not about wasting time on HIM it's about spending time on YOURSELF to make YOU feel good before you meet him, okay now do you understand?
Kira Thrace I seriously love that, "it's not about wasting time on HIM it's about spending time on YOURSELF" Well said!! I'm writing that down lol that is something I will think about to keep my priorities in perspective - and passing that on to my friend!
This is the most gorgeous video. You must be a really cherished friend. If you're not a mum already - you will make a wonderful one. love Peachop 😂 😍💋💋💋!
My boyfriend (ex-boyfriend now) broke up with me on friday, and what sucks the most is that we see each other everyday. The way he broke up was telling me that he doesn’t love me anymore.. I remembered that you had done this video and came back to see it. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much you’ve helped me 💕
What a lovely post to use makeup to help someone stand up a little bit stronger. Your vids are always down to earth and easy to relate to but this one was pretty touching. Thanks for what you do!
This video gave me goosbumps! I can remember being in a situation like this. It is not an easy thing to experience. I think all of your recommendations have been spot on. The best of luck to all of the girls going through this currently. I hope you find happiness soon!
This video made me emotional not only because brought back old painful memories but I felt a sense of support and understanding. Lisa, 'beautiful' isn't enough to describe your effect on this world. I am dealing with depression and hopelessness daily, I watch makeup videos to soothe myself but most makeup videos on youtube aren't my taste. My face structure also looks like you and I feel very sad for giving up on my life. Your strong, wise, harmonious persona gave me a sense of "Maybe I know what I want to do and not be afraid of being seen. Maybe I can go after my dreams and have what I always dreamt myself to become' Your lovely face, your compassionate wise soul, your creative talent, healthy vibrant outlook, the fact that have a love for cats, flowery dresses and gem stone rings... is what I always dream myself to be but I delay it because I am afraid of losing it all over again. Depression after loss of loved ones made my me give up on myself. I hope I can get back, do my makeup the way I like, natural, blended and in my style, find people like me, not afraid of expressing who I am and embracing my vulnerable & hurt side and by sharing it providing support for others is who I want to be... I am tired of feeling hopeless and not doing anything about it because of fear. Thank you for giving me some hope today
Lisa you're absolutely lovely. So kind & just a complete angel. I'm new to your channel & I can't believe I haven't came across you before. Love love love you! Fancy adopting me? Lol x
I love this video soo much! I watch it every time when I'm sad or just not feeling good and it always cheers me up. Thank you very much, Lisa, for this wonderful video!
I remember watching this video at my lowest point after my first heartbreak. It inspired me to pull myself together and improve myself. I'm married now and still come back to this video because it makes me 100× more grateful for how much my life improved after that point. ❤️
What a fantastic video! We have all been there or will be at some point possibly. I think this advice is spot on. Also I must say....Lisa, you are absolutely splendid. Such a naturally beautiful face and I feel that you come across sincere and genuine, unlike many others on TH-cam. Thank you for doing these videos and I will be watching every single one of them.
god, i wish id seen this three years ago. He was terrible to me - pulled me in to a relationship when he was 21 and i was 14 - and i begged and begged for him to take me back and never thought i'd meet anyone again But you know what? im watching this video now with my best friend and partner of two years bobbing in and out of sleep on the couch beside me. We just moved into our new flat together, never had an argument. Life really does get better.
When Mrs. Lisa Eldridge curses in a video you know he was bad.
YESSS
ikr
I am happy she did it !
So true ! I loved the unexpected bleep and black bar over her mouth....Very funny actually, I laughed out loud.

Rachel Albers we're all with you hun xx
How are you now?
+Rachel Albers lovely girl, he's not worth your tears!
I'm sorry to hear that! I hope you're feeling a bit better now, God bless you!
There's a certain satisfaction in running into your ex when you look amazing. Evil? Probably. Brilliant? Definitely.
this is the first of Lisa's videos i ever watched, stumbled upon it in the recommended section. Constanza Muirin your English is amazing
Constanza Muirin beautifully said and a big part of why i watch her make up tutorials is because she wants a woman's natural beauty to shine through the make up rather than an over painted doll, with too much foundation, highlighter and contour that other channels promote. I will definitely search for the essay! Simplicity embellisses beauty❤
"Oh oh she's in love with someone else", was such a refreshing line. It made me smile. That is the name of the perfect shade of blush. Loved it!
Can't agree with u more

Literally me.

Oh Lisa you're one of many gorgeous ladies who still manages to look so classy when cursing
I would love more of these girl talk videos like you did with PMS and whatnot
I remember being 13 and watching Lisa's videos. I'm glad I learned my tips from her and not from so-called gurus who suffocate their skin in full coverage foundation. I'm currently 21 and in graduate school and find myself coming back to lisa's videos which are honestly the original asmr ;)
Videos like this are what make you so unique to TH-cam. You're absolutely one of a kind, Lisa. I love your work!
wow. can lisa understand a girl's feelings this much? I loved the makeup, but I loved the pep talk even more. made me feel much better. Thank you, Lisa x
Seeing your cat cheered me up. So cute!
Why would anyone give a thumb down to this? It is brilliant.
Not sure why I watched this since I've been very happily single for over 2 years. I've recently discovered this chanel and like another person mentioned ... her voice is very soothing. Also comes off very endearing and sincere. Refreshing - Thank you.
each time im broken hearted i watch this video.
My suggestions are to wrap a few cubes of ice with a towel and press them onto your face. Works no matter how puffy I am. Also a good 20 minute intense cardio gets the blood going and makes your face look a lot less puffy and drained!
I love this video, I re-watched it like 5 times. You must be a really good friend.
I adore Lisa. She's the best of the best.
BRILLIANT....LOVE THE JEANS IDEA...just flip the hair and never look back!
Peachop's cameo was wonderful x
one of the most honest and beautiful and encouraging videos without being overly emotionally sappy... GORGEOUS
And then you realize you're getting better and always have been more so than him! Stay strong beautiful ❤️
Liz Hines Thank you so much sweetheart :)
Catherine Great your videos are wonderful x
Loved that last shot of before and after look! and here you don't just look beautiful but confident, comfortable and really just yourself... here just your chat to yourself loaded me again with self-confidence and self-love (not arrogance) that I needed, though I am not seeing him again, thank you so much! Enjoyed much. Love,
Your cat gives amazing advice!
Been there, friend. This tutorial cheered me up too for some reason
Hearing you explain your friend's choice in jeans reminded me of that old saying:"I hate to see you leave but I love to watch you go."
Every time I visit your chanel you always let off such calm vibes, even when talking about an upsetting thing like this. Youre such a lovely person and it's so relaxing watching your videos
Very helpful tips for such a bad situation. Good funeral makeup too...for puffy sad eyes.
This is the only comforting video that I go to after a breakup. Thank you, Lisa!
Lisa is SERIOUSLY empathetic! What a lovely video! She’s be a fantastic friend / mother x
you're amazing. actually inspiring. Thx again!
You seem like such a genuine and lovely person.
I think you are just amazing... growing up as a gay boy in the 90s and 2000s I obviously knew who you were and loved your work but getting to see you talk in person is another level. You are elegant and gorgeous and I really want to take a moment to say thank you!!
Cheers
i cried watching this video ...i feel so shitty right now, he wasn't even my ex but i liked him a lot, and he was too hungover his ex to give a shit.
hope you feel a little better today xx
ivoryvignettes you're so sweet, thanks...time really does heal all wounds :)
ishamaini1 I feel you. I briefly dated a guy who clicked with me so well and I totally fell for him. Then, he started being distant. I was so hurt. Never felt like that before. I was crushed.
you deserve someone better :) his loss, your beautiful
Thank you for putting so much understanding and support into this tutorial. It was a great look, but also the little boosts from Lisa, said in such a classy, keep your head up kind of way, is just so nice. Thank you for sharing this story with us!
Lisa's videos are so timeless. Keep coming back for this video after all the breakups all these years!!! ❤️
You have such a beautiful soul.
I love that all your make up looks focus on being subtle and as natural as possible. You are so talented!
your cat is so fat and adorable
Omg this actually made me laugh so hard
Met up with my ex...we had the same makeup.
I don't have a boyfriend or an EX, But I really enjoyed watching you Lisa. Sometimes life itself is hard for us to face. You motivate me to be strong and face it :) . I wish I had a friend like you in this journey of life :) Bless u . Greeting from Iraq :)
Besides being a makeup/skincare genius, what a friend, right? An active listener and cherished friend cheering you on to be your best. Thank you Lisa!
Well done!
Lisa, there is so much sincerity and empathy and sensitivity in your videos. You must be a wonderful friend. Gorgeous makeup too. Thank you xx
I don't even have a boyfriend let alone an ex and I can't count how many times I've seen this video. You sooth my soul, Lisa.
Thank you, Lisa. For your sincerity and solidarity and your make-up. I already had come up with ideas of how I wanted to do my make-up, but watching this video was like a warm salve for all those heart wounds. You're there for me, with me, through this all - me and all of us too. Thank you.
So encouraging! And couldnt stand for the cuteness of your cat ^^
Lisa, you are really the sweetest! I felt like chatting with a BFF for 19 minutes! Really the sweetest!
I agree!!
Why? that just means that we are actually able to see how much we care.
(Story (summary), not necessary to read if you don't want.)
A friend of mine was living with her boyfriend, they broke up, she moved out, but he was never around to let her in to pick up some of her stuff.
I'm writing that down lol that is something I will think about to keep my priorities in perspective - and passing that on to my friend!
such a kind video x
Your voice is so smoothing and you're just so graceful. Almost regal. You truly make any makeup session into an experience. I enjoy watching you.
Ty very helpful tips, and you are a great friend/co-worker to be so loving, and patient to let her vent to you for 3 days.
Great advice Lisa, very friendly & positive. Girl power! :)
Thank for this tutorial I wish I had seen an heard someone who speaks to what a woman goes through during these tough times without judgment!
What a refreshing beauty video. This was really therapeutic and lovely. Thank you so much.
Very pleased you like it so much, thanks for commenting X
you looks like a mix of Kristen Stewart and Natalie Portman
eyes and eyebrows of Natalie and Kristen's lips and face !! This is so true!!
god, i wish id seen this three years ago. He was terrible to me - pulled me in to a relationship when he was 21 and i was 14 - and i begged and begged for him to take me back and never thought i'd meet anyone again
But you know what? im watching this video now with my best friend and partner of two years bobbing in and out of sleep on the couch beside me. We just moved into our new flat together, never had an argument. Life really does get better.
