Im also an oil painter feeling the pressure to produce work, but when i go to paint, i get so discouraged seeing the growth and progress of other painters… its lowkey making me question if I’m a good enough artist to continue pursuing my passion 😭 You have no idea how comforting watching your journey has been for me

Add some legitimate easy running into your rotation! Running 6min pace every day doesn’t give your body time to recover. I do some days at 8min pace so i can blaze my other day. Trail running is my fav way to relax.
