You shouldn't feel like your always doing the same videos..i watch because you have a nice personality... you have a great friend and its nice to see a like minded person being happy. I may never know you or meet either of you, but it's nice to see you fighting through life on your own terms.
There are moments in your posts where a truly happy chuckle or giggle is made and it's lovely to hear. It lifts the spirits to hear genuine happiness in this very artificial world we're in. Thanks for lifting my spirits and making my day brighter.
You can't fake a smile like that after your M.B. ride. Your smile was so big, it made me smile 6,000 miles away and 3 weeks late. Thank you. I did get watery eyes when you spoke of your dog.
This video cheered me up after feeling low. You took me on a bike ride, shared your feel good moments and lessened my guilt about the treats that bully me into eating them all now, instead of saving for later😂. It’s like spending time with a good friend so please don’t worry about the content, it’s real life x
Hands down one of your best vlogs. Absolutely wacky, wonderful, unique filming, and comic commentary, of 'kid' Roz just doing her thing. The lightest and brightest your laughter has been in recent weeks, music to your followers ears. Keep the music going Roz 👏👏👏
Thanks yet again Roz for another thoroughly enjoyable vlog (apart from seeing you sea sick !), you and Winst are now our TH-cam favourites. We love everything you do.
I’ve said it before Roz, I’ll repeat again, you’ve got this girl. You’re very human and honest. Stick with your integrity of character and one day at a time….all the best…Cam 💐xx
what can i say another brill vlog from my fav you tube channel content never gets boring to watch and where else would you see anyone else doing bike trails in scotland and the wonderfull country side just gets better everytime best 30 mins of the week love this channel
If my next life is as a dog I want a pack leader like you Roz. Your among the best and Winston knows he's loved and clearly loves you back. Your legs looks fine 🤔 white shoes, on a mud trail, on the other hand 😂. Guess we all have been there, done that and some might have learned the lesson.🙄 Somethings I just find really hard to learn😂 Thanks for this episode, looking forward to the next ❤
Thanks so much! Yes, the white shoes were a risk but they were the only trainers I had with me 🙈 I pulled it off though 🙌🏼😅 Thanks so much for watching and following our adventure!
Another lovely video Roz and so nice to see you looking so happy! Those mountain bike trails looked great fun. Don’t worry about your videos being repetitive - we all watch them because we enjoy what you film so please don’t change ❤ I was very jealous of those cakes 😋 xx
Hay it doesn’t matter if your a mountain biker or not The main thing that I care about is the size of the smile on your face, you felt amazing that’s all that matter Smiles per mile Amazing videos Thankyou
Used to love biking with my son and daughter over the hills and moorland behind our house 😊 Nowadays I would need stabilisers and a wee motor 😂. Love your videos. Keep being true to yourself and may the road rise up before you!
No way that I would tackle those trails! 30 years ago perhaps 😂! I'm more concerned now, more than ever, of breaking bones. The scenery though is breathtaking. One if our neighbours, a police woman, goes in for "iron man" contest and some of her events are just crazy. The one thing that we both like about Stornoway is their black pudding. Stay safe.
Great video Roz! Watching you and Winston going about everyday stuff is so entertaining - no need to change anything. I enjoyed the biking this time - made me want to get out myself - my bike has been gathering dust in the back of my camper most of this year! 😤 You've inspired me. A tip for you - you should be able to stop the brakes squealing by adjusting the rubber blocks. They need to be set slightly "toe in", ie. the front slightly closer to the rim than the back - about 1mm difference. To do this just loosen the nut holding the blocks in and then they can be adjusted. I hope this works 🤞 Looking forward your next installment. Andy
Thank you! The front brakes are still squeaking to this day 🙈 I haven’t tried to fix them yet so thanks for the tip 👍🏼 and thanks for watching and following the adventure! 😃
The mountain bike, one of the most important inventions of the 20th century. I could almost feel the air flowing past me when I was looking at your vlog. 😊
Really enjoyed 'riding with you' today - I even had to close my eyes on occasion haha :) If I were to record my day there would definitely be at least three food segments... so Roz you're vlogs are being authentic
Didn’t realise how much of a cake monster you are😂 . Your videos are always entertaining and informative. Think the bike ride brought out the inner child.
Lovely trail, i cycle a lot myself at 66 yrs. it’s mt mental health cure. Gone on to a cheap e bike best thing ever for someone with my age/fitness levels enabling indeed
Roz anther brilliant video with you and Sir Winston.Your cooking skills are making me trying one them air fryers my self 🤔just useless at cooking 😢.So plz keep them coming.I am getting more confidence to try one 👍.🙋♂️
Some body might of said all ready or you might might of done your brake by since you filmed this awhile ago but to stop your brakes from making a sound they need to b toed in you tube how to do it so easy.. me and Ellie still loving your vids ellie sending a ❤ to Winston..
Offroad biking is always a lot of fun ! I have been fixing my own bikes for more than 50 yrs and I'm pretty sure your squeeking takes about 5 minutes to fix if you still have it, bike looks brand new so you need to adjust the position of the pads 😀you only nees a 5 mm unbraco key / bit, and loosen the brakepad a little, reposition it ( both sides front and rear ) for perfect contact to the rim !
Wonderful as ever, but best yet. Thankyou for avoiding the poseur nonsense of placing cam then recovering to do pass by nonsense.... keep it real, Roz.
Good video Roz and much enjoyed, I noticed the weather still seem a little grey and cool. Anyway looking forward to the net episode. Here in Canada the cold snowy winter is days away, it gets better hopefully by April...
Hi Roz I had a few ideas that maybe good for, one is a shower tent with a portable shower system also a portable twin tub washing machine the average weight is about 3 to 4 kg, having these would save you money on showering and washing machines usage. As I said just something to think about. 🙂🏴❤️ Give Winston a scratch between his ears🙂
Good one Roz, good to see your back on form and enjoying yourself. Looking forward to your ferry trip. Sending you an Winston a hug from Remi and me. 🙂
I totally get the cake thing! Love watching your adventures but your braver than me. I did a mountain bike track once with my son who is an accomplished competitor but convinced me it was a family trail. . Umm yeah, nah.... not for me! 🤣
Hey Rozzy, I’ve crashed my bicycle a couple times and my palms take the brunt of the injuries. You naturally put your hands out to lessen the fall. The gravel or pavement takes chunks out your palms. Recommend gloves 😊
My legs are aching now after all that cycling 🤣 another enjoyable video although another one without any singing! Oddly I like the earworm, one more step along the world I go 🤣🤣🤣
Hi Roz. Especially enjoyed the last few videos where you are at Laxdale, Stornoway. My wife and I arrived on the Saturday you were there - it is our car you can see arriving and parked at the static caravan behind your pitch. I know what you mean by the site having a "carpark" feel to it though we enjoyed our week stay there, I think we picked one of the better weeks weatherwise to be on Lewis. Hope the rest of your trip went well, I will continue watching and look forward to each episode.
Hello! Small world! 🤗 I enjoyed my stay on that campsite and I was lucky that I had a more traditional pitch with a bit of grass. Glad to hear that you had a good time and the weather was on your side. Thanks so much for watching my videos! 👍🏼❤️
Hi Roz and Winston, great bit mountain biking used to do a bit of down hill 25+years ago. My body and bones wouldn't take hammering anymore, so well done .Take care both till the next adventure.
Hi Roz, I did take my time to watch this episode, I turned out for a while, I'm back on board, Pork steaks sounds nice, 4 cakes! 😅. Enjoyed the episode 👌, David & Lady 🐾
I like the meal prep footage, the nourishing looking food you serve up has been one of the reasons I recently bought an air fryer myself which I’m very pleased with, I won’t be cooking Richmond sausages though!
It was nice to see your legs whilst you where cycling. Seeing up your nose was fun. As far as your content in your vlogs I take the attitude its yours to share what you have included and are happy to share with us. I always enjoy watching them and feel I get to know you without meeting you and yes it would be nice to meet you (i can dream). I admire that you do all this adventuring on your own. Another wonderful vlog Roz thank you.
Roz you are amazing. Just love how organised and coping so well with everything. I love Winston he's so special to you. Love the little balloons you throw in with him. I see you have moved to Scotland is that correct.? Love both of you. Take care and will be watching your next adventures 😘👏👏xx
Yes, we live in Scotland now, near the cairngorms 😃 …and the weather has been great here since we moved 😅😅 Thanks for watching our videos and following our adventure!
Thanks again Roz. Enjoyed your last day in the outer Hebrides and I think I could feel each of the divots along your bike ride in my back. Can't blame you on the baked confections - I fear the same would have happened with me. See you next week.
Re the cycling, no issues with your cardio. I, by contrast, was wheezing just watching. Pricey washing machine but free showers... some of us might have taken half a dozen clothed showers to kill two birds! Good to see you were having a happy day.
That day was a breeze - nay a piece of cake - in fact - 4 pieces of cake to be precise. It's the cycle of life - sleep/wake/bike/cake - that's the way the cookie crumbles madeira.Delayed gratification ? Not on your nellie !
I invented a diet - take a chocolate cake and cut it in half - half the amount means half the calories - which means you can eat twice as much ! Simples.
I hope your return trip includes some of Hadrian's Wall and, best of all, Lindisfarne. I've ridden the causeway at low tide and would love to relive it via your camera. The mainland campsite is at Barn at Beal and there's a dedicated cycle track down to the causeway. It is a 'must do' if you are anywhere in the area.
Thank you for making these videos. I've been off work with covid and watching them has made me feel less stuck inside. Pretty much binge watched them all at this point- Winston is the bestest boy! You've probably already had it pointed out but I seem to recall being told that squeaky cycle brakes come from a misaligned rubber not hitting square on. Just in case the squeaking was annoying you. 😊 Your determination and resilience is inspiring, thank you for sharing your adventure.
Thanks so much for watching my videos! I’m glad to hear that you’ve been enjoying them 😃 The squeaky breaks have been annoying me but I didn’t know how to fix them 🙈 I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but I need to watch a TH-cam video to learn how to adjust them. 🙈😅
You are very brave riding on those narrow tracks. I put a camera on my handle bars and I nearly fell off into a boating lake. I am not very good at multi tasking. See you next time. ilona
Evening Roz, enjoying riding the bike with you 😂😂 it's not something I am able to do any more. Yep FUN is the word ! Wonderful to see that great big smile on your dial 🤪😂😂Yep I would have also scarfed all the cakes in a day too 😂💙🦋
Hi Roz. I enjoyed the bike ride especially since you were doing the pedalling 😅 Its a shame the weather on the Outer Hebs wasn't better for you as its a stunning place and I will be returning next June. 😊 Looking forward to your next instalment 🙂🦮
Hi Roz. Good to see you having a good chuckle on the bike. Funny with the oddball camera angles. We finally get to see your fun side... not that there haven't seen other times (Funny doggy comments). Nice to see you having fun. Same rules as always you bike wrestler, you! Be well, happy and safe. Take care girl. Wolfie.
Whoa, happy Roz. I’ve never seen you giggling so much. You didn’t get the brownies from the same area that smelled of weed did you?🤔 Seriously, it’s great to see you enjoying yourself. I think Winston knows his limitations and would be happy to sit the more bumpy bike rides out. ❤️
Thanks for video it’s helped to cheer me up as I’ve now been crook for 7 weeks and after seeing doctor just over a week ago and he told me if I’m still I’ll in two weeks he’ll send me for X-rays and blood test. My wife contacted surgery saying I’m getting worse but was told if still the same in another week contact surgery and they will make an appointment to see the doctor but I will have to wait two weeks to see him so that’s 3 weeks then not sure how long It will be waiting for hospital!! Have now missed 14 bike rides so yours was great as it’s the type me and my mate do except battery assisted but as 73yrs old we need the help although mileage has dropped over the last couple of years from 25 miles twice a week to around 15 miles twice a week. Although when ‘if’ I get back to cycling it’s going to take a long time to build up the cycling muscles as I’ve now lost 22 lbs most of it off my legs. When I had my knees replaced I couldn’t cycle for 3 months and my thighs lost 3” from circumference at present it’s 1”. You looked the happiest for a while and that’s what cycling does for you. Looking forward to your next video (hopefully I’ll still be here) so you both take care. Ps even though I feel crap the cakes look good.
You shouldn't feel like your always doing the same videos..i watch because you have a nice personality... you have a great friend and its nice to see a like minded person being happy. I may never know you or meet either of you, but it's nice to see you fighting through life on your own terms.
What a lovely comment.❤
Thank you very much! ❤️
Totally agree…a lovely comment…
Perfectly said 😊✨
Watching Winston's tail always makes me happy.
There are moments in your posts where a truly happy chuckle or giggle is made and it's lovely to hear. It lifts the spirits to hear genuine happiness in this very artificial world we're in. Thanks for lifting my spirits and making my day brighter.
I adore your videos. Your chill demeanor, even when things go a bit pear-shaped, is so refreshing. And Winston is too adorable for words. ❤❤
You can't fake a smile like that after your M.B. ride. Your smile was so big, it made me smile 6,000 miles away and 3 weeks late. Thank you. I did get watery eyes when you spoke of your dog.
It's hard to think of him getting older, but he's still in good shape for his age ❤️
Thanks for watching.
This video cheered me up after feeling low. And cakes were made to be enjoyed 😉😋
Watching your videos makes me feel very relaxed. You are very honest and real. Thank you❤

Thanks yet again Roz for another thoroughly enjoyable vlog (apart from seeing you sea sick !), you and Winst are now our TH-cam favourites. We love everything you do.
We wouldn’t follow you if we didn’t enjoy your content 😊. Just keep doing what you’re doing!
I am such a terrible cook that my kids have banned me from the kitchen! So I enjoy watching what you cook! 😀
I’ve said it before Roz, I’ll repeat again, you’ve got this girl. You’re very human and honest. Stick with your integrity of character and one day at a time….all the best…Cam 💐xx
This was the HAPPIEST I think you've been on your trip. I loved seeing you giddy and smiling on your bike. Cake is always good❤

As for restraint when it comes to cakes.....I'm with you on that one!
No, I enjoy the cooking segments...........hmmm.
Great bike ride Roz😊
Used to love biking with my son and daughter over the hills and moorland behind our house 😊 Nowadays I would need stabilisers and a wee motor 😂. Love your videos. Keep being true to yourself and may the road rise up before you!
Great to see you really enjoying yourself Roz. Thanks for posting.
Really enjoy your videos, you keep every thing real with all the emotions.
Well done riding the trail Roz, I've ridden lots of trail centres in Wales and Scotland such great fun, views and a workout.
No way that I would tackle those trails! 30 years ago perhaps 😂! I'm more concerned now, more than ever, of breaking bones. The scenery though is breathtaking. Please don't change content. Usual enjoyment watching and sending thanks. Look after yourself and Winston and have FUN. ❤
Hey Rozzy, I’ve crashed my bicycle a couple times and my palms take the brunt of the injuries. You naturally put your hands out to lessen the fall. The gravel or pavement takes chunks out your palms. Recommend gloves 😊
You’re right, thank you! I think I have some cycling gloves somewhere 🤔 I will remember to pick them next time 👍🏼 thanks for watching
My legs are aching now after all that cycling 🤣 another enjoyable video although another one without any singing! Oddly I like the earworm, one more step along the world I go 🤣🤣🤣
I did wonder on this one, because I wasn’t actually ‘stepping’ along the world 🤔 I should have changed the lyrics 😂
I love your videos they are not all the same content ❤❤ xx

What a fun video 😊👍🏽
Hi Roz and Winston, great bit mountain biking used to do a bit of down hill 25+years ago. My body and bones wouldn't take hammering anymore, so well done .Take care both till the next adventure.
Yeah used to love Caramac , but I see recently they have decided to no longer make it due to lack of demand , so enjoy or empty the shelves methinks 😊
Hi Roz, I did take my time to watch this episode, I turned out for a while, I'm back on board,
Pork steaks sounds nice, 4 cakes! 😅.
Enjoyed the episode 👌,

Hi Roz it's good to see you happy great show❤
Hi Roz, everytime I leave the Outer Hebrides I go on a downer, I hope you where OK , its such a beautiful place. See you next episode in Ullapool ❤
Yep, just like watching your vlog - "no regrets!"
Love your approach to life. Woman after my own heart. X
I’m impressed at the way you demolished those cakes, Roz, and no crumbs left too, just how it should be. 🧁 😀👍
Too tasty to be leaving crumbs!!
Great video Roz. See you avoided the muddy back stripe on your cycle! Wise move. Your laughter is intoxicating, loved it!
Thanks again Roz. Enjoyed your last day in the outer Hebrides and I think I could feel each of the divots along your bike ride in my back. Can't blame you on the baked confections - I fear the same would have happened with me. See you next week.

Great to see your smile back and you having some fun. Keep up the good work.
Here for the wags.
You are very brave riding on those narrow tracks. I put a camera on my handle bars and I nearly fell off into a boating lake. I am not very good at multi tasking. See you next time. ilona
It is harder than it looks to film and ride at the same time 😅🙈
Evening Roz, enjoying riding the bike with you 😂😂 it's not something I am able to do any more. Yep FUN is the word ! Wonderful to see that great big smile on your dial 🤪😂😂Yep I would have also scarfed all the cakes in a day too 😂💙🦋

Glad to see you having so much fun on the bike.

I ride very week. no idea what I'm doing either. As long as you enjoy yourself, you're doing it right. I think anyway.👍
Sat in work , pretty cold outside . Looking forward to my Biscoff's and coffee , and watching you guys

Hi Roz and Winston ❤
