Is it possible to put the chicken in the oven instead of deep frying it? I know it wont taste as good probably, but I would still like to try. If I put in oven, how much should be the temperature and time that I need to set it? Please let me know.. Thank you.. :)

What about the desired level of saltiness in the manchurian gravy, salt requirement satisfied by the sauses only? No additional salt is being put in the gravy! Hope it tastes great👍

Yes Didi. I added salt as I thought it's needed but it became very salty. Actually soya sauce is salty in itself so we don't need to add extra salt.
