This is what you get when marketing and tech geeks design a car. For starters, it's a sedan, so if it's not a Camry or Accord, it will be a tough sell. Next, no buttons or dials for HVAC and infotainment controls , no door handles, no traditional steering wheel. A massive display and amount of tech that is likely to add distraction to driving it. Lastly, it's likely going to be $100k+ so it's not going to be what people are asking for. People want an affordable regular car. If you want to make an EV, make something that is like a normal regular car to help migrate ICE drivers over to EVs. These creations are nothing more than play toys for the rich. Further complicating it's success, the "rich" want a prestige brand, not a Honda/Sony collaboration.

No, it's not an MB or a BMW. It doesn't electrically go 0-60 in 1.9 seconds (and where do we really get to use that on public roads anyway) , but what it does, it does with some food for my driving soul. We all have cars like that. For me, it was what I could afford and it does what I need it to with some character and passion, none of which involves message boards, steering yokes, gigantic entertainment centers to watch while the car "drives itself."
