    WHY YOU NEED A DAILY MOBILITY PRACTICE
    Here is how I start my day: Wake at 0500, power slam 32 ounces of H20, check my HRV, and MOVING. Dr. Huberman advocates avoiding caffeine for 60-90 minutes after waking and moving your body which helps the body to process adenosine and helps to avoid the afternoon crash. After a routine similar to the one in the video, I read/meditate and then review my goals for the day.
    We often don't plan to fail, but we often fail to plan. Start off your day the right way.
    Whether you’re an athlete, first responder, active military, an active individual, corporate warrior, or weekend warrior, we all share a common bond…. We all break down over time, accruing injuries that compound over time to our soft tissue, joints, and even internal parts. All houses, regardless of size, share standard maintenance and repair issues. Staying in front of them helps reduce the likelihood of more costly repairs and allows you to better enjoy your home. The same goes for your chassis.
    The physical and physiological stressors of movement, postures, and load are ever present and affect the body capacity as it relates to all activity, whether it be daily activity, sport, recreation, or training, be that running, triathlon, CrossFit, or other sports training. Repetitive motion injuries occur over time...it's a process of accumulation of stress. Stress builds on stress. And the daily stresses of LIFE, GRAVITY, AND INERTIA are constantly compounding over time.
    If you understand and respect how your structural support system, joints, and soft tissues break down over time, you can better develop a course of action to repair it and prevent future breakdown. The most effective course you can take every day is a daily mobility practice.
