TIGHTS HIPS? TRY THE INCLINE PIGEON STRETCH
มุมมอง 5827 หลายเดือนก่อน
Traditional pigeon pose in yoga is performed on the floor and is difficult for some people due to knee pain and mobility issues in the knee and hip. Using the incline bench, the knee can be supported, taking pressure off the knee and making this an easier movement on the hip. This standing position also makes it easier to load your bodyweight into the stretch deeper. As you gain better mobility...

Sacroiliac joint dysfunction is a common cause of low back pain that is often missed by doctors. This joint that forms the cornerstone of our spine's foundation is subject to massive compressive loads from all the sitting and otherwise stressful abuse we put our bodies through. IMPROVE YOUR WRIST MOBILITY

Tightness in the wrist is a common problem and can contribute to syndromes like carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis of the wrist. A lack of wrist extension is often a limiting factor for being able to front squat and perform cleans in the gym. Living in Arlington VA I had Dr. Fontaine treat my left shoulder with ART due to a skiing fall. Upon my return from a trip out west, it simply would not heal -- or even start the improving process for that matter. Dr. Fontaine worked ART on my shoulder/arm and the strong concentrated pain (like a thin wire pulled to maximum tension) was completely gone after either 3 or 4 sessions. That was approx winter of 2015 -- since then no reoccurring problems. I don't even recognize that I ever fell on that arm today -- no issues whatsoever. I've since then referred two friends to him and would highly recommend him to anyone for this technique which is simply excellent.

Very nice :) I do this one! my trainer had also advised me that I could do this with a cable and load a lot of weight onto it, or just enough and it seems to work really well.
