I tried this recipe as per the exact steps. It came out perfect. Ranveer has done a good take on Heston Bleumenthal recipe. I have seen many recipes and tried them but this one was out of the box. Adding coconut milk also enhances the flavour. I have used Amul Dark Chocolate 55percent without adding any sugar. And it doesnt need any more sweetness. Ranveer has well thought us that the ambient temperature needs to be perfect to tame the chocolate. Thankyou for sharing your genuine knowledge with us. We would love to see more Patisserie from you.

With the chocolate compound in home for a long time, today I finally decided to add some nuts to it and set it again for my kid. How I wish I saw this video before doing it. I have prepared so many emulsions in our pharma college lab, read emulsifiers in ingredients list of chocolate bars but still couldn't figure out chocolate is an emulsion.
