If you think about it, he kind of did one, but for short period of time, is when him and Dave were on the island and he cooked a delicious fish without any seasoning
I think I remember him saying he would once back when he reacted to Kay’s Cooking and he didn’t really get around to it. Given he did do Cooking Simulator and that surviving on an island thing with Dave that Ray_Shabaz here mentioned, but just saying

Ron Maestri is a freelance character actor, TV game show host, voice-over artist and stand-up comedian. He appeared on season 3 episode 10 of TLC's "Extreme Cheapskates”. His character was an extreme chef. Filming took place at Chef Tech Cooking School - 3842 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA.
Usually you’d be disappointed finding out these shows are fake, but it's a relief to know that Ron is a brilliant actor and not actually gearing up those poor souls for a meet and greet with Jesus.

The guy here being an actor makes a lot more sense, and while he may live a pretty frugal life style, he is definitely not serving his unsuspecting students food fished from trash. But either way, makes for quality shockingly hilarious tv 😂

I remember watching this episode on TV and didn’t think about the consequences this man could face.
