Now I’ve heard of using butter to substitute mayonnaise if you don’t like it…but from what I’ve seen that’s usually for COLD CUT LUNCHMEAT SANDWICHES not….A chocolate egg salad sandwich?? So it’s very confusing
Also, if you notice, she uses pans with a little red circle symbol. Those are really expensive and high quality nonstick pans. my mom uses them. it would make sense for it to be fake because she wears expensive clothes, uses expensive equipment, but just buys bad food it makes no sense

I’m paralysed from the waist down and have been for years unfortunately. But Daz made me laugh so hard, I almost actually fell out my wheelchair, which usually hurts, but this time, it would’ve been absolutely fine and worth it because this is the first time I’ve laughed and smiled like this in a year 😂😂😂

I am neurodivergent also, I love this channel and have for a long while. How awesome that you won tickets to his show. The bad cooking kind of bothers me because I’m germaphobic and a chef. But Daz channel is a comfortable place.
I am not autistic but I have family that is. I could see my autistic cousin loving this. It brings me joy that you can enjoy this channel so much. It gives me the same feeling as when I see my cousin smile and laugh and enjoy herself. It warms my heart 😊
Autism makes you very shut in and unwilling to speak to anyone that isn't in a very close circle if at all. If you haven't had a real diagnosis then you aren't autistic and even if you have I severely doubt it based on today's standards of autism. What's far more likely is you've spent your entire life looking at a screen instead of actually engaging people and now you feel awkward about real life scenarios, making g autism your cop out for pretty much everything that requires interaction or effort. Autism used to mean that a person was barely functioning and needed a caregiver around the clock until about a year ago when everyone with any social anxiety was all of a sudden Autistic. Your ability to make a fully formed comment and also type it properly tells me you're in the latter, mostly self diagnosed group. You're not Autistic, your looking for excuses!
I’m AuDHD and have found Daz and Off the Hook to just be the perfect comfort channel for me. Even throughout me changing thru YTers I thought were my favourites and then found out we’re a bit mid Daz stayed consistently up there and I have to thank him for that

I have since been retested 2 times, once as a teen, and once as an adult, and both times I have been told I am autistic. Do not sit there and tell me what I am until you have the proper schooling and licensing to do so. Then we can sit down in your office, you can test me, and we can go from there. Until then, I'll be what I am and you can be mad. Have a blessed day

With cooking with cola, my Korean grandma marinates short beef ribs (galbi) and short beef strips (bulgolgi) in some cola with scallions, sesame oil and some other ingredients. It’s so good and everyone that’s tried it (including my picky eater of a dad that eats only pizza, cereal and hot fries) loves it. But other than that, it’s not cooked, just used for marinating.
My dad uses full sugar cola to make a nice sticky glaze for chicken drumsticks.
