Even when there was a second guitarist in the band, Ingram used to play at least 80 % of the solos, after he became the band leader in the 90s (Even after Hatchet founder Dave Hlubek had rejoined). Ingram must have a very big ego.
„Bobby Hatchet“, as founder Dave Hlubek had called Ingram‘s Hatchet in 1999… (Yes, I know that Dave rejoined in 2005, only to play supporting guitarist to Ingram).
Shouldn't be allowed to be called Molly Hatchet!!!!!! No original members. I understand legally they have the rights to the name but it's just wrong. I saw them at Summerfest in Milwaukee 2018. They sound alright but they just shouldn't claim to "be" Molly Hatchet. That's all.
I had to double check to make sure it was actually "Molly Hatchet" and was a bit confused. I know it's been a couple of decades since I even checked them out but I didn't recognize any of them not to mention they were like a 6 piece band. And Molly Hatchet without dueling guitars????? Kinda like Elton John without a piano lmao. These guys are great musicians and very talented but just didn't do it for me under the name "Molly Hatchet" :((
Total crap. Boobie Ingram needs to go out and make money on his own without the Molly Hatchet name. I think he knows that is impossible for an average guitar player.
What does Bobby Ingram and Dimebag Darrell have in common? Nothing yet... Ingram stole hatchet from founding brother Dave Hlubek...gone but never forgotten...RIP BROTHER DAVE..YOUR TRUE FANS
Man Molly Hatchet sure has changed...
That bass is so good
So many bitter fans, bands lose members one way or the other, just be glad the music lives on
Very well put. Who else can still do this?
Darn write
No way you can play this song with ONE guitarist! Hire a second or third guitarist to keep the Molly Hatchet faithful happy!

If this is Molly Hatchet then I'm the pope.
Thanks to Bobby Ingram keeping the legend alive!

Molly Hatchet no way ! It's just Bobby Ingram and his side show! why not add a tuba and belarina to this side show. It's time to put it to rest boys.

Yep he sucks!
Keine Ahnung, warum der neue Sänger eine solch positive Resonanz findet. Phil McCormack hatte wesentlich mehr Schwung drauf als Elkins.
Und Präsenz.
Sie haben es noch drauf!

Not the molly hatchet I know they sound alright but it has no original members they need to add two more guitar players
Anyone original even in this lineup?
Maybe the roadies ?
Not anymore. Founder Dave Hlubek, who had rejoined in 2005, had passed in 2017.
