I remember the only time I saw Molly Hatchet, back in 1977 while I was at ECU (East Carolina) in Greenville NC; I saw them at the Attic night club on a Friday night. It was their first time playing in Greenville. I had on my country hat and was dressed in my usual country clothes. I finally got in after waiting in the line. There was no room in the club and I had to find my seat way up on the back wall, facing the band. They were just finishing Flirting with Disaster. For some reason, maybe because I looked like a talent scout? The overhead spotlight, looked for, and put me on the light. They said over the microphone: "What song do you want us to play?" I pulled my cowboy hat down to cover my eyes from the spotlight. "I want to hear your BEST song! Same as everyone here!!" The entire Attic club loudly agreed with me. They are still my best band to listen too.
I love Dave's Guitar playing 😍

I was at this show, hung out with Phil and Shawn all day, plus got to meet Blackfoot and ARS, a great show. RIP Phil and Dave

MOLLY HACHET ROCKIN
the sound is great
That DVD is quite good. The cheering of the audience must have been partially overdubbed, though. The crowd in that theatre wasn‘t that big…
When are you guys heading to Charlotte or Greensboro, NC? I'm wishing to see Wanda badly. Lol
Not bad for a tribute band...
no Danny Joe Brown = no Molly Hatchet time to bury the Hatchet. I don't recognize any of those players. And keyboards?
Dave Hlubek is on the far right, big black hat, green and white strat. He was a founding member of the original band.
