Action takes place on a 358 х 230 km map - The largest and most detailed recreation of the Battle of Stalingrad theatre ever modeled in a flight simulation with unique structures, buildings and landscapes.
Single-Player Campaign scenario follows the real chronology of the battle starting with Operation Uranus on November 19th, 1942 and continues to the complete liberation of the city on February 2nd, 1943.
Ten Legendary aircraft of the era have been thoroughly re-created using original drawings and blueprints from the Central archive of the Russian Ministry of Defence.

The P51H is the best looking of the family, but the B is second place. Such a beautiful plane

Pretty sure the whistling sound is from the gun ports at the edge of the wing at high angles of attack.
I really do like the aesthetic of the P-51B, I think it looks way better than the later variants.
It looks (to me) a lot like a P-40 with its air intake pushed back from the nose and towards the center of the fuselage. Which ain't bad because I really like the Warhawk. But, I personally greatly prefer the P-51D with the 'bubble' cockpit - it's just a classic.
But let's be real - you win no matter which way you prefer the P-51!
The external bomber shots were great👍 sorry you crashed but I'm sure you'll be fine.
Officially, that's not a P-51B.
It's a Mustang Mark III (the British designation).
but it says P-51B in the game, even when you take the brits in the career so ...

Taff, sometimes you really need to quit while you are ahead. Those three kills were spectacularly good, but you should have bailed out when you were hit and your aircraft was practically unflyable with a pair of 109s on your six. It's much better to be a living pilot back at base with a replacement aircraft than a dead hero!

Great video, though you got a bit greedy at the end there! Would really like to see some more careers or campaigns in the future! They might help you work on your survival skill and bailing practices a bit 🤣
"The whine of the engine" actually sounds more like the whistling of the gun barrels, which you would hear in a P-51 while pulling some G. Increasing the AOA of the air over the gun barrels, it's like blowing air over the mouth of a bottle.
Honestly prefer the look of razorback/fastback planes over bubble canopy models
In most combat flight sims 1/4 Flaps can be activated up to ~400 Mph on P51’s and P47’s thereby allowing the turn radius to be shortened appreciably.
That’s gonna leave a mark!

Careful playing chicken with American fighters. I went head to head with an RAF P-47 and his 8 .50 cals turned my Ki-84 into metal confetti!

Had plenty of time and power to bail. Too bad he was too busy trying to regain control and/or coming up with ways to put it on the ground
13 british and commonwealth pilots became aces flying the p 51 and another 27 aces got addition kills to there tallies

That's because it's a Mustang Mark III - not a P-51B.
@@timonsolus yes but they were the same aircraft. Exactly the same engine and airframe with some different onboard British equipment. But yes, the Mustang Mk III. Beautiful looking fighter in RAF colours.

I keep asking but please stop cutting off the debrief at the end of the mission. We want to see the kill credits.
You could for a change fly for once against human pilots instead of these AI drones.
Given that an AI drone was enough to shoot him down, I don't think Taff will be flying online anytime soon!
