wear a dust mask if you're gonna be grounding concrete down that dust is no joke doggy
Good advice!
Yup silica dust will give you silicosis and that stuff never leaves your lungs.
Yeah portland/concrete dust will F u up!
Awesome! I never knew about rub bricks! Should have brought some bondo/quickcrete to smooth out the entry/exit points!
John Charles Preston Akin They rule! I need to go back and hit the bottom with bondo/quickcrete for sure!
how do you only have 1k subs ur vids r so high quality
Oboomer Thing G! Planning to make a lot more in 2020, hopefully spread the hype.
@@ZackDowdy sick, and I'm telling everyone about ur channel.
Good work, loving the diy stuff. You should add more things to that ditch
Nice dude, rad video and rad skating, keep it coming
Thanks man! Got inspired by your videos.
Zack Dowdy awesome man, that means a lot dude 👊
Grind ditches, not bitches.
I've always wanted to find a ditch like that in my area. Does anyone know if there's a way to pinpoint them on Google maps or something?
Use satellite mode!
I just realized how clear this guys skin is.
This is the best Home Depot commercial ever....
Should have used painters tape so it doesn’t look ugly
True true!! Would look nicer, means more $$ though.
You could also use posterboard from dollar tree
It's the DIY spot look
bruh i've been watching you for a min. Finally decided to get into it for myself, found a spot that already has a perfect ledge and a bank that I can add tranny onto, I'm so hype lol. Bricked the ledge yesterday, going back today to paint/lacquer
Could I rub brick my driveway to make it better to pop on?
Dreadking Rathalos Yes for sure!
i leave in like a rich peoples neighborhood so turning a curb into a ledge really helped man (subbed)
That's awesome!
oh yeah, man
Grind ditches not bitches😂😂😂
Is this in San Diego? Somewhere by Linda vista??
Yeah east San Diego
sick thanks man i'll definitely use this
Damn, you look like mark armstrong
Man you’re so lucky to live where you do. You seem to have so many ditches and diy spots to skate. Here the infrastructure doesn’t have as much potential
will you tell us where it is
good Video.
Thanks man! Just went back to the spot & fixed up the bottom in a new video.
Love these videos, I use lacquer and clear enamel, clear coat, whatever the store I end up at to pick something up has I guess, haha!!!!!!!
craftsman or s8?
Does Heavy duty lacquer work
Yes!
You remind me of Tom Petty.. the musician not Penny
haha never heard that before
thank you! Nice dude, keep it up
I have a spot in mind but the curb is against a wall of a shop. On the other hand the shop is closed but still alot of people walking around.
You can always ask or leave a note, and just see what happens.
Is this legal btw? :)
No
No ones really gonna care
since when do skaters care about legality
on my driveway i have a mini ledge that runs down the side, i use it to do slides and grinds, but the ledge is really rough and textured on the sides, would a rub brick work to smooth it out?
Yup, rub brick will do the trick for sure!
@@ZackDowdy thanks for the response man love the videos!
@@bjornzek how’d it go?
@@stevensepic. it works, make sure you wear a face mask if you try it. lots of concrete and stone particles fly everywhere it isn’t good to breathe it all in
Thinset works great too but not sure about the durability...
Yes!
6:58 pause it.
Good to know!
great video! going to see if i can fix up a local ditch
Harri Monroe Sickii dude, and thank you!

Loved the vlog, I’d love to do some stills of your adventures.

Anything to use instead of the red paint for help sliding ?
Liam Berube Mosher clear enamel, or lacquer.. in any sorta of way/color will help for sure. Just using a brick will help.
