The T-Mobile arena blew up with that stoppage. The streets flooded with Irish flags, everyone was going crazy. You didn't have to be a fan to enjoy that, everyone was that night.

That Masvidal vs Askren KO was so surreal. I remember being so hyped after all the trash talk, then the fight starts. He takes a curve head start and galloped to deliver a Cuban missile to his dome and bounced it into the shoulder. That body seemed to have fallen in slow motion, and that second that it took to process felt eternal. The roaring of our cheers snapped my mind back to reality.

You just make it harder on yourself by not getting ESPN plus. Now , you dont need to have a cable provider and you can watch the fights anywhere, anytime.
Jonathan O you still have to have a cable provider for most other sports on espn+.... you have to select your provider and it merely serves as a hub for you main cable for mlb, nhl etc... and the app is complete garbage, terrible loading times and drops compared to all other services, even Disney+. Not to mention, to watch the ppv events you have to push “purchase” again to get to the event.. which is very confusing.

Masvidal vs Conor would be different though, hell, just look at the post-fight interview when Conor spotted Masvidal in that bath robe; it was back to the old Conor. Like Conor said, he changes from situation to situation, Cerrone and Masvidal are two different situations so I dont see why they would be approached the same. Everything from the press conferences to the fight is going to be fireworks when those two sign the contract to fight eachother.

First full event I watched was actually Khabib vs Poirier, and now I watch all the events. Am I now a casual? A lot of Muslims have really gotten into MMA because of Khabib and that shouldn't be a bad thing. There's some really annoying ones always commenting religious stuff though. They are 'number one' casuals.
