    This guy was the one that evolved more in that division in the last 5-6 years. He just become a flawless machine. In a perfect world a rematch between him and Khabib in 2022 would be fireworks for the ages. Only two fighters that I saw running over everyone at that weight for half a decade.

      how would he do better against khabib he has no resistance to takedowns heck he even did worse than conor he just got one guillotine and that too led to his downfall. He is overrated he can't even knock dan hooker quicker like michael chandler did.

      Ferguson vs dustin or ferguson vs Khabib after this fight will be INSANE khabibs in trouble if he can't handle tony's pace and can't take him down and Dustin will be in a war cause of ferguson will go at him even worse cause he's a striker and tony's striking is so awkward that it's amazing thus why he lands so much on opponents and if he does so with dustin he will KO dustin or win via decision i am rooting for Dustin against Khabib but honestly khabib and ferguson are too much for him.

      @@erikbritz8095 Agreed, although don't forget khabib doesnt tire out easy either. He's stated in the past that he felt like he could go another 5 rounds. He's got those mountain lungs. Tony has a good wrestling background too, and while not as high as Khabib's, Tony has excellent BJJ. Thats why these two have been at the top of the division for 3 years straight. Khabib undefeated, and Tony hasnt lost since 2012. As Khabib put it, 'In terms of Sport, this is the most important fight in all of Ufc' I couldnt agree more.

      @Lummerbummer115 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jondelatorre8039 I haven't followed Poirier other that this video, but he looks like a (mostly) one trick pony. It's damn good striking but to beat Khabib you need to handle him on the ground. That's why Conor couldn't do it.
      Conor v. Poirier would be the better matchup I think.
      Tony is a jack of all trades. He can most likely beat Khabib standing up, the match would come down to if he can keep Khabib from tying him up on the ground. He is worse on the ground but not by all that much imo.
      If it's a ground match, it's Khabib 65/35 - 70/30, if Tony can manage it and stay up, probably 70/30 - 75/25 in favour of tony, probably by decision. A choke or KO either side would be lucky.
