    I am now on my 2nd week taking chia and I am loving it's result. Same Effect tayo :) In 5 days, 2 araw lang ata ako kumain ng rice Tapos nagloose ako ng 1kg :)

    Masarap din ang chia seeds sa breakfast, ibabad sa almond milk and coconut milk buong gabi tas lagyan mo sya ng topping n fruits with roasted almonds ang honey, super sarap nya fav ko sya ❤️❤️❤️

      Stop eating sweets po.kahit kunti wag.hindi na din maghahanap ng junkfoods kpag puro alat at asim lang ang nalalasahan mu...i used to eat a lot of sweets pero nung nagketo ako which is bwal ang carb and sugar,hndi na din ako mkakain ng junkfoods na maalat.

    Nag try ako na ihalo sa tubig d ko kaya inumin, cguro ganyan lang talaga pag mahina ang sikmura mo. Kaya ginawa ko sa umaga pagka gising nag iinit ako ng fresh milk dn 1 tsp ng chia. Mix mo dn pabayaan mo cya nang 10min. bago inumin. My husband lost 2 kl in a week and I lost 1.5kl. Madali lang si hubby kase ang hilig nya sa paprika isa dn yon sa makakabawas ng timbang pag lage ka kumakain or ihalo mo sa pagkain mo.

    Hi po...not everyone can take chia seed...hiyangan din xa..i tried for just 4 days,and i had experienced side effects...bloated feeling, terrible headache, dizziness, Nausea, tummy discomfort..kaya even if i wanted to continue, i know i had to stop..this is just my experience to share...pero sa iba, pwedeng effective din po xa...😊😊😊

      pwede naman sa may pcos..kasi nakita ko sa gc ng pcos yan ang iniinom nila.. kaya mag try na ako now.. hope papayat ako hahah
