Worry and Fear controlled me for most of my adult life-I actually thought fear was saving me from destruction and worry was an everyday emotion I experienced ever since I was a kid living with an abusive dad. As a teen, I felt like if I didn't worry for my friends than I wasn't being a good friend. As a mom, if I didn't worry constantly about my kids, I wasn't a good mom. Such a vicious exhausting cycle! Thanks to a life coach (my pastor), I broke out of this about 7 years ago; HOWEVER, I find myself falling back into these unhealthy patterns and I NEEDED this so much today!! Thanks, ED, I love your talks and they resonate so much. I still want to work for you.

Two of my favorite 'weekday workouts' happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when your messages become part of my process, Ed.
This one was perfectly-timed (as always, right?).
The 'perspective' is something I had not been thinking of recently.
    Time to dig deeper.
    What can I control?
    What can't I control?
    Great stuff.

In the process of restarting my business "trucking." Feel like we're waisting our summer once again. Sorry AE still no six pack. Driving my life away. Wife is an awesome partner; I truly don't deserve her. Our hope is in the Lord as we go through these steps, character is built through our patience. The dawn is near, and the Son will rise in the morning. Thankfulness and gratitude keeps a joyful heart. Would really appreciate a break but I know perseverance we'll prevail. Brother Ed and family...
I love you. Have a blessed day. God bless

I feel the most impactful tip you shared is assessing the meaning of an event or situation. Reminding myself to do this any time I feel slighted or triggered has been tremendous in my ability to self-regulate and self-soothe. Look for the deeper meaning, find the lesson. Sometimes it's not always clear right away, and then I remind myself to be patient because clarity always comes with a bit of space between the circumstance and my perception of it. 🙏

Ed, you are a gift to our personal & business growth. Thank you. The Qs and each thought-filled message truly assists me this new, unfolding day. Perspective was a big one. This allows me to make the needed shifts. Each Q is so true - I copied them... will keep them close to my heart. Change is always inevitable. My highest, first love is for God/Source and Supreme Being of All. This gift of love in my heart allows me to care for humanity as well as those I love and learning more, more for myself. Those that do not understand this true connection have a more difficult time I feel. We easily can pray for those that love us. Yet to those difficult relationships we must surrender to the Highest Power. I know love comes without a shadow of a doubt. I have this in my tool kit and increase my energy daily allowing its joy daily... ! We each can be in a blissful state in true consciousness! Your messages are alway super needed and on point. Again thanks much. Blessings to you, your family, friends and all humanity. xo

These seven questions are almost like the Ten Commandments. They hit all the right spots. I have been under extreme stress for a year, unable to consistently ask the right questions and experiencing so many side effects because of that, and today, you have helped me a great deal. Thank you so much, Ed.

Hey Ed. You covered 2 very important points I discovered today as well. I'm an Indian guy living in Thailand. Sometimes i feel alienated living among foreigners. I don't really speak Thai. I don't really consider westerners allies even though I'm very fluent in English, simply because of all the negative stereotypes and racism that the western media spews against my country and countrymen, it blocks me from talking and making friends with them, cuz it's a lost cause. I have a few local friends, but I can only hang out with them while partying, I don't have that much in common with them. I try to stick to myself, focus on my goals, work my ass off. Sometimes i feel stressed inside. Today, I saw this handicapped guy on the gym and i thought to myself, wow how lucky i am and how much i take for granted the simple fact that i can walk anywhere I want.
Then I thought about how lucky I am to have a young girlfriend almost half my age, and how so many guys would feel lucky to have her.

Hi! Are you actively addressing the things in your life that cause unhealthy stress levels? We are all up against the mind and emotions daily, but we have our innate intelligence available to us in the moment to navigate and work with our mind and emotions. We also have many daily practises and activities we can engage in daily that helps us manage our stress levels. Life is hard, take gentle care of yourself😊

Just know there’s always someone that has way worse problems going on than you. With every problem there’s a solution, with every negative there’s a positive. They are only active bc of your perception they are problems and you keep them active in your vibration as “I am stressed “ instead of “ I am strong” and need to go through this to mold my next chapter. Accept and allow things to unfold.
From experience: I went from homeless a step closer to death to becoming a successful tattoo artist business owner
