Hello! Im glad to know they are a lifesaver for you. Yes the BUD is in the bottle the college provide for ex. If it say is April 20, 2021 and is good for a 60 days the BUD June 19, 2021 because May have 31 days. Use a calendar to help you.

When I started it the program they ask me if I want the book printed or digital and I said printed, so every time I finish a test they send the book to my house for the next class.

@@josoepsejas5420 what you can do is listen to my measurements and amounts of ingredients in each video and write it down, from there buy white sticker and make your own labels to put in the medicine bottle. The CR you will find it in the pharmacy management software book. Im not from Colombia, I'm from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Did they send you the ingredients and instruments to make the labs??

@@josoepsejas5420 Yes ask him sometimes we need to improvise with what we have, for example I received the labels but some of my bottle with gel were empty or they didn't have enough for the correct measurements so I ask my instructor and she said it was ok to go buy gel. HI Sonia, I'm almost done with this very practical lab but need help with the math question. Below is the question it has to be a compound of 40g total. With the active ingredient being 5% Dilantin. My calculations came to 2g Dilantin and 38g of Zinc Oxide just want to know if I'm correct? Cocoa butter cream (mock Dilantin ointment 1.1 oz tube) 1 oz = 30 g 100 mg = 1 g of Dilantin Petroleum jelly (mock zinc oxide ointment base) 2 oz = 60 g

Hello. Im planning to do a video about my experience with Penn Foster when I received my diploma Im going to do it. But yes I did receive help when I need it and no one time I have a bad person they all were very helpfull and super nice, and none of the test are proctored including the final. The final is like the ptcb exam it have 90 questions. Each test you are allow to repeated ones if you feel you can do better you just repeat it and they will give you the best grade from both.

@@aaliyahh8420 thank you, yes! It was the last class before the final you have to do 15 labs videos to show you learn everything. They send you a box with all the materials. If you in Florida this is a great program because is all you need for the Florida Pharmacy Technician License. If you decide to go in the program and have any questions I'll be happy to help you.

The info you’ve just given me sounds comfortable for me to start because I am nervous and was looking at different videos where they said finals was proctored but that was probably for a different program! @@aaliyahh8420 thanks you so much. I was in the program that had the externeship but I switch because I have 3 kids and with the Covid 19 I didnt want to be expose during the externeship. They enroll me in the new program and switch all my classes and Im done. But the externeship is 160 hours you can choose from both program the diference is the one have externeship and the other one does not. And no the exam are not proctored thats for other programs, when I start I was looking for a good review and I could not find it, thats why Im making a video based on my experience with the program and the penn foster staff. I wish you were one of the penn foster instructor. They aren't much help at all. Im having such a hard time with the safety data sheets and with the compounding records
Awww you are to sweet. For the compounding record send me an email to soniasolivan20@hotmail.com and I send you a picture of mine so you can use it as an example. For the safety data sheet just googled the ingredients that you are preparing. The SDS should contain the precautions for that ingredients just printed and scanned to summit it with the other papers for the skill. When you are making your video make sure to show your Safety data sheet and talk to the fake patient about it.
Is on page 137 of the Pharmacy Managment Software book. If you have the book digital just print that page and summit it with your lab papers if you have any other questions I be happy to help you!

Do they provide these materials for you or do you have to purchase them yourself?
They will provided them, it comes in a kit with everything that you need and the kit is included in your tuition price.
